Room 210 has bed bugs

Went camping for the weekend & needed a break from the heat one night for my dog and I. Room was dirty and there were unfilled holes in the wall. To top it all off, I woke up with bed bug bites on my hands & neck. Will never stay here again.

Front desk person was wonderful. Breakfast was not so great. You were out of everything. It would be helpful to know that there is not an elevator so we know to request the first floor when we book If we have physical issues preventing us from climbing stairs. But the front desk person got me moved to the first floor
