Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Bathroom floor needs a good scrub brushing. Carpet between the beds were dirty. Staff working at the desk was very obnoxious. Very unprofessional when we checked in. The hotel isn’t well insulated from noise. Think we had elephants above us. The yard had been mowed but not edged. Very unkept. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one is off our list!

Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Hotel in general was. Several things like the hot tub and juice machine were not working. Staff wasn't friendly, just okay. Weren't enough towels, called down for more, had to go get them etc etc... Overall it was fine. Just nothing outstanding.
