Best stay we have ever had. The photos on Orbitz do not do the hotel justice. Property has 7 amazing pools, the most stunning rooftop infinity pool, chairs down by a very picturesque rocky cliffs along the ocean, a very impressive spa and gym facilities. The most expansive and yummy breakfast and coffee. Would definitely recommend booking a room with a balcony sea view. I can’t wait to come back, we will definitely be staying here.

It was probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. It was impeccably clean and our room had a balcony overlooking the Adriatic. We had our marvelous breakfast on a patio also overlooking the Adriatic. My wife and I agree that we wish we had stayed here earlier in our vacation and we would have changed plans to stay here for many more days.
The room was beautiful - overlooking the ocean with a private balcony. The beds and linens were exquisitely comfortable. The room was quiet, only heard occasional noises from other guests. The staff was very good for the most part, no complaints. We parked a car, and the staff was happy to fetch it whenever we wanted to go somewhere. Amenities were very nice with several pools, a small gym and limited spa. (Of note: they don't have the capability of gel manicures or even removing gel - although they called ahead to the spa and the spa confirmed they could do it...when I arrived they explained they cannot remove gel, only shellac. And also: the spa was at Princess hotel, a sister resort, a walk away...the spa was extraordinarily loud by the pool...screaming kids.) The only things that could have been improved were the spa, as noted, and the check-in process. I had emailed a few times with someone in reservations letting them know we would be arriving early due to overnight flights and also that we wanted two twin beds instead of a king. When we arrived, it was as though none of that was conveyed. Had to go over it all again. And the room was not ready until 2pm, although checkout was at 11 and we arrived at 10am. (No priority given to clean that one and get it ready early.) Of course, they're under no obligation to get it ready prior to the check-in time, but it would have been a nice gesture to prioritize when the guests are sitting there awaiting the room.

Staff were so nice and helpful! We even got a free upgrade because it was our honeymoon. Restaurants were great and the view from the pool area is simply amazing. I can't wait to visit again!
