Acomodation, stuff, food, ambient, service..... breakfast and dinner on terace with the most beautifull view....Great glass pool on roof od hotel....sauna...gym....and Dubrovnik, must see place! I also recomend to visit Stone, Stone wall, 20-30 minutes from Dubrovnik, the worlds longest fortification wall after china wall. Nature, sea, and mesmeraizing horizont. After that had lunch on Ston, fresh fish, lobster and Domestic vine.. ...All for reasonable price
Myself and Wife stayed for 7 nights. Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. The room great, slightly narrow, but the amount of storage space was the most we’ve seen, so did not have to live out of a case. It was well worth the upgrade for sea view room, where we had the sun on the balcony all day, and the room was cleaned exceptionally well every day, credit to the housekeeping staff, who when bumping into in the halls were always smiling and saying hello. Breakfast was good, large selection of available from fruit, cereals, cheeses, hams and warm offerings, again the staff were very friendly. The bus stop is a short walk 2min walk across from the entrance to the hotel to the right, with the no.6 to the old town leaving every 15mins. 15kuna a trip and as it’s the first stop we always got a seat before the bus really filled up at the Lapad centre bit (by the mini roundabout). It takes around 20mins a journey. We did visit the cocktail bar on the one evening and it’s a great location to watch the sunset, the only shame was that the bar at the top of the neighbouring hotel (part of the Importanne Resort) was closed when we visited; I bet it has amazing views of the Adriatic. We also used the indoor pool briefly within the spa, it is quiet small, but I doubt that in the summer it would be full with the good weather being outside as I did sit by the pool (which was heated) for half a day to catch some sunshine. It is a great spot for sunbathing as you get the sun from sun rise to sunset. Along the front of the hotel there is a path along the coastline which takes you to the Lapad centre, which has a number of restaurants and bars along it where the locals hangout. During our visit we went to Cave Bar (Unique Underground Cave and Coastal Setting) and Mario’s Sports Bar (Cheap drinks) both have been reviewed separately to this. For us the hotel was great, and didn’t mind being that little bit further away from the Old Town, especially as you had a lot within a 20min walk on your door step.
This was our third visit to this excellent hotel. The food, location, facilities and staff - Ivana and Prezzo on reception, Danielle on The Rocks and Mira at Vista could not have done more to help. We always have a sea view with a balcony as the views are stunning. This year we visited Ston ( the hotel organised a car and driver - Martin who again was excellent) We climbed the wall and had lunch at The Captains house at Mali Ston - some of the best seafood I have ever eaten ! Well done to Mr Tom for running a great hotel - We are already planning our 4th visit !
We stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have stayed for 20. From check in to check out, everything was wonderful. The staff were excellent. The accommodations were superb. The only thing to keep in mind is if you are using your car GPS, it gets a bit confusing to find the hotel main entry.
all the staff is amazing. the space is amazing, great facilities! I really recommend this hotel. Nice SPA and relaxing areas, and you can also enjoy time in the gym if you want to. Near the bus station that go to the town.
The hotel is located within a resort and has a beautiful setting and location is good. We had great customer service most of the time except for one time that was disappointing. The breakfast had a lot of choices but the quality of the food was not so great. However I would stay here again.
Location is not far from old city, 10 minutes by far in car or bus, a very nice gentleman recieved us during the checking-in , he explained us everything abuot hotel and a Lot of things to do in the resort and the city, the room very wide, nice amenities, very cousy and comfortable, a beutiful Terrace with a great view to the see, Also there was coffee service and Mini-bar, the bed and pillows just Amazing, very nice restaurants altough it esa very rainy and we could not have dinner at the terrace, the breakfast was ok, the check-out was very nice too, a young lady provided us with a lot of councels and asked us about our stay, in general i loved the hotel and i send congratulations to the whole staff and reggards, next time in dubrovnik will defenitly stay here. Highly recommended.
Overall this is a nice hotel. I would stay here again. Rooms are big enough and mostly clean (carpets could use a cleaning, a bit stained). Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view. And in the summer time I think this would be amazing. The hotel it is outside of the main area and not a close walk to city. If you go to the old city, definitely take taxi or bus cause it is very hard to find parking. And we are in the off season, So can only imagine what it would in peak time. The food at the hotel is only ok. The buffet dinner wasn't that good. But we did have lunch on first day and that was good. Breakfast buffet again was also ok. Had a decent variety. The hot cocoa is good. And the staff was very friendly.
So glad we picked this hotel. Nice big rooms with good sized beds and bathrooms, we even had a sea view which was a bonus! The pool are and surrounding rocks by the sea where you could sunbathe was great. The food was somewhat posh, and not always to our taste but was fine nonetheless. Cheeky how a drink isn’t included with your evening - but not too much of a problem! Great WiFi which stretched all the way down to the seafront, where the water was warm and had easy access in and out of. The hotel was on a bus route into dubrovnik old town, which made it the perfect place to stay. It’s out by the sea and away from the city, but the bus stop is literally 2 minutes outside the hotel, and the bus takes approx 20 minutes to get into town. Pleasantly surprised to come out of the hotel and walk 15 minutes along the seafront, to find a large Bay Area and small town filled with bars, restaurants and shops which made the hotel even better located. Perfect stay- we were so happy with this stay. Thank you!
Love this hotel, providing wonderful variety of breakfast, splendid view to wake up to, great service and also good facilities. Room is perfect for two, not too big not too small - just nice. Love waking up to the sea view, provides a lot of nice places to take photos with. Too bad we're in the wrong weather to enjoy the pool since it's an outdoor swimming pool. It'll be wonderful if the hotel provides bath tubs too.
