Overall this is a nice hotel. I would stay here again. Rooms are big enough and mostly clean (carpets could use a cleaning, a bit stained). Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view. And in the summer time I think this would be amazing. The hotel it is outside of the main area and not a close walk to city. If you go to the old city, definitely take taxi or bus cause it is very hard to find parking. And we are in the off season, So can only imagine what it would in peak time. The food at the hotel is only ok. The buffet dinner wasn't that good. But we did have lunch on first day and that was good. Breakfast buffet again was also ok. Had a decent variety. The hot cocoa is good. And the staff was very friendly.
So glad we picked this hotel. Nice big rooms with good sized beds and bathrooms, we even had a sea view which was a bonus! The pool are and surrounding rocks by the sea where you could sunbathe was great. The food was somewhat posh, and not always to our taste but was fine nonetheless. Cheeky how a drink isn’t included with your evening - but not too much of a problem! Great WiFi which stretched all the way down to the seafront, where the water was warm and had easy access in and out of. The hotel was on a bus route into dubrovnik old town, which made it the perfect place to stay. It’s out by the sea and away from the city, but the bus stop is literally 2 minutes outside the hotel, and the bus takes approx 20 minutes to get into town. Pleasantly surprised to come out of the hotel and walk 15 minutes along the seafront, to find a large Bay Area and small town filled with bars, restaurants and shops which made the hotel even better located. Perfect stay- we were so happy with this stay. Thank you!
Love this hotel, providing wonderful variety of breakfast, splendid view to wake up to, great service and also good facilities. Room is perfect for two, not too big not too small - just nice. Love waking up to the sea view, provides a lot of nice places to take photos with. Too bad we're in the wrong weather to enjoy the pool since it's an outdoor swimming pool. It'll be wonderful if the hotel provides bath tubs too.
Beautiful sight to the sea, very good breakfast, coffee-machine in room, good connections to the city by bus, really nice pool in the neighbor-hotel. Not so good: Sometimes many guests at the same time in the breakfast-room, caused of bus-tourists
This was my first stay at Hotel Neptune, and I will definitely be back. Stayed in the Junior Suite with a gorgeous view of the sea from the balcony. The hotel is newly renovated and tastefully furnished with quality furnishings and amenities. It was very clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. The location is secluded yet only a few minutes drive to the old part of town. This was a business trip, so only stayed a night, but will definitely be back for business, and a longer stay with the family. A very good value for money.
Very convenient hotel complex facing the ocean with good restaurants and at the end of the bus line into the old town so not difficult to use. Rooms very small but clean. Zoe restaurant good view of water and food.
I had a large sea view room with all amenities. My room was a bit noisy as it was close to reception, so there were people coming and going often. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice with made to order omelettes if you requested one. There is a bus pickup that is a short walk away and it takes about 15 minutes to get to old town.
We had an extremely comfortable stay in a spacious room with everything we needed. Room beautifully fitted out and spotlessly clean. Very easy to get to town on the number 6 bus but mostly we walked...during the day to the old city and market and in the evening along the path to the row of cafes and bars. Unlike other hotels we have used, we didn't tire of the breakfast as there is so much choice for all tastes. We were glad we didn't opt for half board as we preferred to have our main meal when touring or when out and about during the day.
Really good hotel with friendly staff, spa, swiming pools, great views, good food and atractive location. Very affordable off- season prices. Recently renewed rooms and interiors. Excelent place to go if you want to visit Dubrovnik outside high touristic season.
Stayed here for 3 nights in October. Incredible hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, and the views are Wow!! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! Unfortunately it was stormy when we were there so we didn't make use of the outdoor swimming pool but we did squeeze in a quick dip in the sea. The indoor pool was lovely and quiet, perfect for a relaxing swim after exploring Dubrovnik. Restaurant Zoe is exceptional! The seafood is delicious, the service outstanding and the wine too! Would recommend walking along the coastal path into town for more restaurants and bars and for great nightlife.
