Una porquería de lugar

Fatal es un engaño las fotos q ponene y nonte dan la havitacion q dicen y pues ya estando ahi groseramente te dicen si no te gusta te puedes ir haber en donde encuetras alojamiento ahorita

This a place is amazing. What a view. This is the

Great location with amazing view from walk out terrace with hot tub. We stayed in Penthouse apt (Lazarnia 3). The Apartment was clean and bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Only a short walk to old town, but my two cents you want to be here and have the view. The only suggestion if your taking a taxi or ride to apt do not use address given. Tell them to drop you at Biker Cafe. Then it is a quick walk to penthouse apt. The Lazarina 3 address drops you off at the bottom of an extremely long stairwell. So if you have luggage that is not the way you want to go, you want to go in the back driveway by Biker Cafe. THE PENTHOUSE is the place to stay. I cant say enough. Also a Spar Grocery store is right next to the Biker Bar. Another plus for a family of 5.

Beautifully renovated and appointed 2-bedroom apartment. Spectacular view of the old town from the large terrace. Enjoy a glass of wine in your jacuzzi with sunset views. The view comes with a price: What is not evident in the description is that this dwelling is not actually within the walled city but up in the hill. To get there, you have to take about 20 steps up or 90 steps down before you reach the roads leading into the walled city. Bit challenging after dinner and nothing for a wheelchair. However, once you managed the hike down, small Banje Beach is literally 5 minutes away and the southern old city gate about 10 minutes walking. Don’t use taxis, rather the excellent property transportation or Uber, which works well and is less than half the price.

Very centrally located cosy apartment above the ba

A comfortable apartment in the very heart of the old town. We were worried if it would have been noisy in the Night but luckilly it was nice and Quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Our suggestion: be sure to read carefully which of the many different rooms you booked. They are very different and all the photos are together. Check which one you are booking. The old town is lovely - it gets very busy. This location has a lot of stairs!!!!! Beautiful place, nice apartment above the Bar! At least not noisy during the week days.

Terrible apartment. Like being in a dungeon. Dark and strong mildew odor. Had to stuff paper under bathroom door to keep it closed. The picture on hotels.com is NOT what you get.

This property is treacherous! Our room opened onto a diagonal half-step in an extremely narrow, steep and dark stairway. The motion-sensor lights don't come on until you've already fallen down the stairs, broken bones and ruined your vacation. I'm almost 50 years old and never broken a bone before in my life! I will say Maria was prompt in getting me paramedics when I needed them and followed up with me to see how I was doing when I was at the hospital. However, communication through Expedia was unreliable and inconsistent. We were supposed to receive directions to the property via email the day before checkin but never received them. Maria indicated we would receive a refund for our booking due to my broken bones but it has been more than 2 weeks and I haven't received it. Also, "apartments" is a misnomer. Our room had a sleeping area, bathroom and a sitting area, like a hotel room. Apartment indicates a kitchen.

The property is in the old town, so the location is great for visiting but it does mean that you are walking there and there are stairs, but this trade off to stay in the old town is very worthwhile. The property was clean and well maintained. The one issue we had was that the bathroom had a smell from the drains so we needed to run the extractor all the time and keep the door closed

Absolutely stunning. The place is phenomenal with amazing sea views and overlooking the Castle. Seriously totally recommend it but be in good health because there are a lot of steps!

Room was still dirty when we arrived and could not check in until almost 6pm when all we wanted to do was shower and get some food. Loose electrical outlets half that didn’t work and 2 that pulled completely out of the wall when you removed what was plugged in. Leaving exposed wiring, lucky I wasn’t shocked. Sink in bathroom didn’t have a p trap so the room was constantly filling with sewer gases. Not only dangerous but terrible for your health. When I realized I plugged the sink with a rag and we slept with the windows open. Location in good but that’s about the only positive. Would not recommend staying here.

The photos and the address of the property on the app don't correspond to the actual place. The owner chased for the payment before our arrival. The place at 1530 wasn't ready though the owner was aware of the arrival time. Beware of quite a loud noise at night from the underneath bar.

Great location, awesome view

360 views of old town, the island of lokrum and the Adriatic means beautiful sunsets while you lounge in the balcony. It’s also close to the main sights and close enough to Banje beach that you can run back for the book you forgot to bring. The apartment itself is nicely furnished, beds are comfy, air conditioning helps keep you cool. The kitchen is well equipped… we cooked most of our meals. The host is very responsive…we had a few issues and they dealt with them right away. Highly recommend and we are hoping to come back:)

Nice facility. Quiet and very convenient. However sadly let down by known issue with wifi, in-room router did not work and alternate was too slow for basic web services. No housekeeping at all during a four night stay. Thin small towels. Bed had an added topper mattress but this did not compensate for a noticeable sag in the bed. All these matters could be addressed easily with little effort, and this is the reason for our disappointment.

The property is in the old town so lots of stairs to get to it and it’s not very clearly signposted. we were on the top floor and the stairs are not great if you have lots of luggage. It would be good if this information is shared on the site so that people are more aware of what they are booking.

Great location but very small

The apartment is in a fabulous location in Old Town. You can reach all the sites in 10 minutes. We enjoyed having a close apartment to rest after exploring. The apartment was very small but had everything we needed. The communication with the owner/manager was very good and she was very helpful, we used Whatsapp. Unfortunately the bathroom and shower area was very musty and moldy with a strong smell. Otherwise we enjoyed the apartment.

We stayed in Dubrovnik for 1 night and the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of 4. The location was convenient, close to the taxi drop off point, so I was very relieved that we didn't need to carry our bags down too many flights of stone steps. We met our host who was very friendly and helpful, organising a taxi to meet us at the airport. One highlight of this apartment was the powerful air conditioning for which I was extremely grateful. The AC unit was in the living area but was able to keep both bedrooms cool throughout the night. On check-out day, we left our bags in the hallway by the front door at our own risk . We were advised to get up early to secure the space in the small vestibule because there would be many people in the same building wanting to do the same thing. It wasn't ideal and I initially felt uncomfortable about abandoning our bags but the housekeeper was around and I figured that there wouldn't be many people wanting to steal luggage and carry it up flights of stone steps in the heat! If we return to Dubrovnik, would stay in this apartment again. Thank you!
