The duplex close to town, is very nicely appointed and recently remodeled. Having 3 bathrooms and laundry facilities was handy. My only complaint is that the hot tub didn't look maintained, the water was gross to the point we declined to use it. However I would stay there again.

Excellent places to stay. Quiet little town. The birds on the back deck were the only messy thing to deal with, but if you didn’t leave food out, they were gone by the time you walked out.Love the patriotic theme and the host was amazing

Amazing!!!

This was a last minute get away for us and the Patriot was a perfect fit. The house is clean, spacious, and very accommodating. The location is great, we would highly recommend this property.

Comfortable efficient condo with easy access to the Tetons

Comfortable and newly remodeled. Nice bathroom arrangements. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the patriot design and the attention to detail. Close to town for supplies and convenient access to Grand Tetons. Loved the pond in the back yard. Would stay again

It was clean and nice. However, there is a door that separates the duplex and we could hear conversations of the renters talking in a normal tone of voice. The community hot tub is right outside your patio door next to your patio table. There is no privacy fence between you and the renters in the other half of the duplex. So if you don't mind this closeness to strangers, this place is for you. If you like a little more privacy and quietness, this might not be for you. I am not able to upload the video showing how well you can hear the other people, so I will post a picture of the door that connects the two units. It is not a sound proof door. We did contact the host and sent a video showing how well we could hear the other people. The host did contact the renters and asked them to quiet down. I cannot stress enough, they were talking in a normal tone of voice. The sound proofing between the units needs improving.
