The hotel and pub staff were very helpful and very accommodating when we requested something. They allowed us to check in early which was helpful, but that might have impacted the cleanliness of the rooms. Maybe if they had more time, the rooms would have been more thoroughly cleaned. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay.

Todo correcto

Habitación amplia y cómoda con mucha luz. No nos ha molestado el ruido del pub, aunque se oye bastante el del tráfico. La relación calidad-precio está bien, y la ubicación es buena, pudiendo ir andando al centro en 15 minutos.

Bien ubicado. Falta mejorar el servicio

Hotlel muy bien ubicado, a unas cuadras de la zona principal de bares de Dublín y cerca de las paradas de autobús y hop-on-hop-off. El hotel no cuenta con elevador, lo que hace complicado el traer maletas grandes. Un día salimos tarde de la habitación y no hicieron la limpieza. La cama únicamente la estiraron y ni siquiera sacaron la basura. Resulta conveniente comer en el Pub e incluso te hacen un 10% de descuento como huésped.

Confusing where to go when the pub portion is closed, as it is all shuttered, but was a nice enough stay once we were able to come back during business hours and check in.

we loved the room and the floor to ceiling windows. Bathroom was very clean. would love to had check in earlier than 3pm. had to wait at the pub for 3 hours for our room. tv didn't work.

Staff were abrupt, was told I had to move rooms half way through my stay? From a nice room I was happy with tons 2 single bed room with a view of a room sign broken furniture on. Tried to give me a 2 single bed room, when I said that wasn’t what I booked, they simply pushed to beds together and that was that

Lombard Stay

Thought it would be fun to stay above a pub and read reviews about no noise problems so happily booked. This could not be further from the truth for room #1. Our room overlooked the outside patio where pub guests gathered to smoke. The noise and smoke prevented us from opening the two windows in the room. No fan supplied in room. Also patio roof we looked out on was used for storage/broken furniture. I knew the check in process ahead of time but expected the gal working the bar to at least give us a rundown of townhouse/room. She opened the front door and handed us the key. The next morning after reading room pamphlet completely it stated water was for shower and brushing teeth only, now this would have been nice to know at check in! We did see the busy a.m.bartender/clerk checking in guests and waiting on our table, he could not have been nicer, kudos to him. This property would work best for a young clientele.

Stopped at this pub overnight. We struggled to find overnight accommodation as Dublin Pride was on and this was available and wasn't too pricey. Overall it was fine, we ate at the pub on the Friday and had breakfast in the pub on the morning which was fine and again good value for money. The room was nice and big, but a little bit noisy with traffic from the road. If you want cheap accommodation in Dublin then this is absolutely fine.

We like smalll,quirky hotels. This one is in a good location, and the attached pub is quite good. The room is very small, and there is a lot of street noise.

We were exhausted from flying in overnight from Canada. They let us check in early, which was wonderful. Our room was comfortable and huge! The hotel is on a busy corner, so not quiet, but pretty good overnight and we slept well. Great location for wandering around. Very kind and helpful staff.

great location in a nice but not too busy part of central dublin. the room was clean and comfortable although the bed moved around on it's castors a bit when sitting up against the headboard!

Not for me thanks

We got in early (5:30 AM) and no one was available to talk to, website wouldn't work and hotels.com had no clue how we could contact someone to drop off bags. We ditched the reservation and ate the money and went to Westin where we got 5 star, bend over backwards service. If you want a quirky, off the beaten path place to stay, this may be for you. If you want a hotel, not so much.

The room was filthy. The water had a very distinct smell, the sheets were littered with different markings, and a few moths came out of hiding once we closed the curtains. I do not recommend this place and would probably have found another place if I were staying for more than one night.
