Absolutely LOVED this hotel! If I'm ever in Dublin again, I will stay at this hotel the full length of my stay. I loved the room service, the proximity to tons of pubs and restaurants. I loved the room design and amenities. It was a fantastic find!

My husband & I stayed there for 2 nights . Our flight had arrived at 5am- the hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to check in at that time so we were able to close our eyes before making the most of our day in Dublin. The room we got was an extremely small, handicap accessible room & bathroom. The room was clean & neat however not what we had booked . Requested the front desk give alternative room assignment , however was told there were no other rooms available . The location was perfect and gym served its purpose. Would recommend this hotel , however the accommodation was challenging.

The property is beautiful. Location is excellent. Staff is lack any since of customers service. They sit at the desk and never acknowledge you when coming and going. Never offer to help with bags. This also includes the barista in the am and bartenders. I had stayed four days prior at Aloft and that staff was amazing! Take your team on a field trip to learn customer service

The staff at the front reception area was not outwardly friendly. They did not speak to us anytime we were leaving or entering the property. They did not ask how our stay was when we checked out. We had an issue with the thermostat and it was very hot in our room at night. They sent someone up to the room who turned off the thermostat and told us to just open the window. We were there 6 nights and it was never fixed. We also returned back to the room late the night before our checkout and the room was not cleaned and we had no towels or washcloths. We had to wait for the staff to bring us towels that night. The property is new and clean, and in a good walkable location to many sights.

Highly recommend this hotel. Great location - close to the Temple Bar area and so many things to do, but on a quiet side street. Rooms are amazingly nice.

After spending a week driving all over Iteland, we landed here for 3 nights over the St Patricks day festival. Loved the proximity to Temple Bar, pubs, tours and shopping. We were able to get rid of the rental car and just walk about town for the 3 days. Loved the hotel and staff. Would of preferred our suite had more comfy furniture but at least the patio furniture was comfortable
