The Chancery has the most amazing staff; courteous and kind and always willing to help. The Bar staff was very friendly and had a great time engaging with them. The property is new and is kept in excellent condition. The breakfast in the morning is excellent and they were very supportive in finding gluten free options that we needed. I like the amenities that the hotel offered. The room was cleaned and nice really enjoyed. One thing I did not like was that there were no hooks anywhere to hang your jackets/cloths or even towels or bathrobes.
