We were upgraded again to a penthouse apartment. Ideal for us with kids, and while outside the city their is a Luas (tram) on your door step. Big modern rooms with a kitch and a nice living area, for about the same price a hotel. Will use again.

Immaculate apartments and excellent for a stay at Dublin. We only stayed for one night but would recommend for longer stay. Near M50 in south of Dublin. The Luas tram station is 2 minutes from apartment and is brilliant for a quick journey into the centre of Dublin. The apartment was equipped with all you will need including a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Spacious. We booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms- one had an en suite and the other a large bathroom adjoining. Would stay there again if visiting Dublin. Parking. Suitable for business travellers too.

Reviewing this apartment is a challenge, because my family had a very negative experience, but there were some benefits to this apartment: First the positive: - Very close (2 minute walk door to door) to the Luas Green Line, a tram going directly into downtown Dublin for 5.20 Euro return. The Green Line is also being extended further into the city, so will become an even better transport link. - Stop for the Aircoach shuttle bus right next to the Luas stop, with the pick up stop just around the corner. - Quiet area - it is a business park that they've tried to make mixed use, but have not succeeded. As a result, most everyone is gone by 5pm. - Very close (5 min walk) to an Aldi grocery store (Canadians think Giant Tiger). - Friendly and helpful desk staff (during business hours 9am - 5pm). - Parking available underground for a nominal fee. - Our apartment was clean, possibly recently renovated, with a good layout. We were in 115 - a two bedroom unit on the corner. As a result, it had a lot of windows. The negative (our experience): Our trip to Dublin was one leg of a longer trip. We prefer booking apartments as we have room to spread out, to cook for ourselves, and do laundry. The booking process with Premier Suites was fine, as was the check in process. The staff person at the desk was very helpful in providing directions, info about the Luas, etc. We had three big issues while we were there: - No hot water - Washer/dryer not working - No electricity We noticed the lack of hot water the first morning after arriving [Day 2](freezing cold showers were had by all). We thought we found the issue with the hot water tank (thermostat set incorrectly) and corrected it ourselves. When we got to the apartment the first evening shortly after 5pm, we still had no hot water so called the after-hours number. We were told that the person on the phone would reach out to the duty manager and get back to us with what would happen next. We were called later that evening to be told that there was nothing that they could do that night and that a plumber would be in the next day. We had also tried to do laundry and the machine would not work (was showing a warning light that we could not clear). The next morning [Day 3] we had another cold shower and delayed our plans to wait until the office opened at 9am. The duty manager was surprised that the key she'd left us to another unit to shower was unused. The night staff were supposed to have called us to let us know about the hot shower option but did not. At that point we also let the duty manager know that our washer was not working. She assured us by that evening that we would have both hot water and working laundry, and promised to call/email us if either could not be fixed. We returned to the apartment that night to have hot water (yah!) but no laundry (and no call/email to advise). When we tried to use the machine again this time, it blew a circuit breaker and turned off the power to half of the apartment, including water and fridge. We again calling the after hours number - no answer the first call, voicemail the second. We left a message about not having power/water, but did not get a return call. We managed to find the breaker panel ourselves by climbing up on chairs and prying a few things open with a butter knife. When we tried to do laundry again the evening of Day 3, we found that they'd reset the machine (as we had done) but not actually tested it to see if it would start. We called the after-hours number, and after arguing with the rep on the phone (along the lines of 'do you want us to tour Dublin stinking all day?') we were sent a key to an empty unit by taxi. It was late evening by that point so we only had time for a single load of laundry. Day 4 we called the office again after 9am and were told that the plumber would be in today and that we would be contacted if the laundry was not fixed. We also advised her of the electricity issues and the lack of call back. When we arrived home the evening of Day 4 there was no laundry and had been no call. There were also now guests in the empty unit so we were not able to access it. Even worse, our card to this unit still worked so we surprised the new tenants when we walked in. When we called the after hours number, we were essentially told that they had no option for us. The closest laundrette would have required a taxi or tram ride, and was about to close. The next day [Day 5] we called and spoke to Susan at the office. By this point we were frustrated and cranky with the run around, and wanted to be done with our experience (we were supposed to stay for another 3 nights). Susan was very helpful, and agreed to allow us to leave early, with a refund for unused nights (the full cost of our stay had been charged on check in). Overall negatives: - Helpful desk staff, but the follow through is terrible. Even worse after-hours care, which is a challenge when there is no other support. Had we not had a very handy member of our group, we would have been without power and water all night, our cold food would have spoiled, and a member of our group with a medical condition requiring electricity to run his support equipment would have been in a very difficult spot. While a desk open only from 9am - 5pm is fine with adequate evening support, expecting tourists to always be available on site during those times (when you're a 20min Luas ride from the main tourist area) is unrealistic. - Communication between staff was not up to par - we spent a lot of time repeating the issues to the various staff members we spoke with. - There was no sense of urgency - we were told that plumbers were only available during the day, which we highly doubt. For the right price, this type of service can be had in the evenings - they just did not want to pay the price, and our overall experience in Dublin suffered significantly as a result. Overall, we would never consider staying here again as we don't trust that any concerns would be dealt with promptly.

I stayed here recently in a large group and the 3 apartments we had were clean, spacious and very big! Can't fault anything about the apartments. The only thing I would say is the tram is not 15 minutes to the centre, we used it on more than one occasion and it was 25-30 minutes each time. Price for a return was €5.20. Taxi after midnight back to apartments was €30. Taxi from airport was €55-60 one way. I would recommend to stay here as the apartments are great but if its a good location close to the centre you are looking for maybe look else where.

A little out of town but only a 20 minute drive or 15 minute tram to Dublin. Great location and only a 5 minute drive from one of the larges shopping centers in Dublin. Excellent Chinese restaurant on site, and Lidl is only a 5 minute walk away. There are a good selection of eateries around at sensible prices, so plenty of choice.

First off, through the whole stay the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean and the beds were so comfortable! Our whole stay was easy and relaxing. Also the apartments are right across from the luas line and two stops away from dundrum shopping centre which made it so easy to get around. We would stay here again in a minute. Highly recommended.

I booked a 2 bed apartment it was a good size .It was equipped with everything you could need. It was very secure and had underground parking. It was very close to the luas to get into the city centre which was very handy. As others said the water pump was rather noisy but we could live with that. The girl who checked us in was friendly and very efficient over all I would recommend it and I would use it again.

We stayd a night here. Receptionist was nice and informative. Size of the appartment is ok. Interior ok. Well placed near tramway that takes you in 25 minutes to the centre. Beds comfortable. Showerfacilities being damp, dirty and had moldstains. Toiletseat stained and dirty. There was a noisy boiler that shrieked us through the night. Not the quality and standard we expected after having stayed in more appartments. Good breakfast cafe downstairs which we can recommend.

Stayed here for a long weekend recently. Very comfortable, spacious apartment with great fixtures and fittings. Good arrangements for arrivals after hours. Amazingly fast broadband included in the price too. Luas close by. Will stay here again without doubt.

We were a group of 12 who stayed here so we had 3 apartments. For the first night there was a slight issue with one of the rooms so instead we got a 1 bedroom apartment instead of the 2 bedroom, but after seeing how big it was we were willing to stay in the 1 bed. The apartments are very spacious. One of them we had 3 kids inside and they had ample space. The receptionists were very helpful especially when we needed help printing wedding vows at the last minute. Only downside was the price of the taxi 67 euros but we did arrive late at night and were later told by those that lived in Dublin had we requested the cab went through the city center it would have been cheaper. Overall good stay very comfortable beds by the way
