Woke up to 14 hr delayed flight. Couldn't get ahold of American air. Desk service manager got us connected to change flights. Arranged free hotel van to drive us directly to airport. Offered free breakfast to help. Coordinated on the spot emails with airline ticketing and printing. I heard him take a call to help others with getting a doctor. I've never seen such abundant service and pride in a staffs response to customer need. Thank you so much. Youre incredible. Also the rooms are like 5 star luxury. Hotel bar was bustling with laughing folks and everything was clean.

We stayed at the Crown on two separate times during our Irish vacation. Both times were a great experience. They cater to all your inquiries and leave you content. We especially wish to thank Krystian, the front desk manager, for assisting us to send a parcel home. Will most certainly be staying there on our return!!

Nice enjoyable stay. Only negative might be is that it is not close to anything to visit unless one takes a cab.

It is the nicest airport hotel I've ever stayed at.

Best Hotel Stay Ever Our two week family vacation in the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport exceeded all our expectations. We traveled back to Ireland for Christmas to spend time with our families. This was the first trip we choose not to stay with family but to enjoy the luxury of staying in a hotel. Oh boy, we really enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of space in our room and we had an extended bathroom, which provided much needed storage for our teenage daughters’ toiletries. The hotel was in an excellent location. Some days we left the rented car at the hotel and jumped on the public transport into Dublin city. Other days we took road trips to places like Enniscorthy Co. Wexford. The M50 (motorway) is a 2 min drive from the hotel. When we arrived back to the hotel, sometimes in the early hours of the morning, we were always greeted with a friendly smile. The hotel staff were awesome especially Marina who looked after our room – not the easiest of jobs with 2 teenage daughters. I would highly recommend this hotel and intend to book again on our next trip home. Well done Crowne Plaza!!!

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. We had a 13 hour layover between flights. Free shuttle service was helpful. Perfect for a good rest before a long flight back to the states.

The free airport shuttle was easy to use. The room was large and comfortable. It was nice to have a restaurant at the hotel. I would have liked to have self-service laundry but a lot of hotels don't do that. Good hotel to stay at if you need to be near the Dublin airport.

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a huge bonus for us. Also we are a family of 4 and the room had 2 double beds which are hard to find in Europe!

Met my needs as abiz traveller. Good location and friendly service

This hotel is located more towards the airport than the city, but it's easily gotten to. The staff are excellent and helpful. The rooms are great and beautifully decorated, wish the pillows were better as always, and the internet was hard to connect to at times.

Very nice. Food on site. Pleasant garden across the street. Would recommend.

We had a very nice stay. The food from the hotel restaurant was decent, and the room was clean and comfortable.

We needed a hotel near the Dublin airport. This one had a nice, roomy shuttle. Service was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a rollaway bed and it was a really nice one! We had a delicious dinner in the Asian fusion restaurant. The room had nice amenities, and the lobby was nicely decorated. Was very surprised at how nice this hotel was.

Stayed at hotel in our last night in Dublin since it was. Lose to Airpot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quality of restaurant food was exceptional! Room was tastefully decorated and clean. Provided free Airport shuttle, which was a plus. Great park across from hotel with walking paths and children's playground.

The hotel is very clean and modern with a very good onsite restaurant. Also the free shuttle to the airport was extremely convenient. We took a bus to the center of Dublin from here.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel unless the expectations are different for me. Beth (at the front desk) was very helpful and nice, and the gentleman who brought out bags (sorry I didn't get his name but he was an engineer in his home country of Philippines) was so friendly and helpful. The hotel room was functional and clean, but there was nothing above average regarding it. If we had not stayed in the most awesome hotel ever before this, maybe it would be okay. Having a shuttle that brought us to the airport made it worth the price.

For a really nice overnight before your flight back to the US, this offers an extra benefit- it is located across the street from a lovely park with room for running, walking on woodsy trails and wildlife- we saw swans and herons around the small lakes. So great to get some clean air and exercise before the long trip home. Hotel food was good too! Also has a free airport shuttle.

We stayed for 6 nights Weds-Tues on the club floor we found that the week day staff was much more friendly than the weekend staff. The food was okay but very over priced.(Cinnabar/room service) We were not able to get our mini bar open no matter what we tried. If you stay on the 4th floor stop in and talk to the woman in the club room serving breakfast she will tell you about the hidden gems around Dublin and on the west coast. There is two shopping centers close by and a great park for walking across the road. We took the bus everywhere and the bus stop is just a short walk away. I don't know if we would stay there again but it was a nice hotel.

The fire alarm went off when we were waiting for dinner in the restaurant. and they had to open the door to decrease the humidity. ( OK--should fire alarms in Ireland really be affected by humidity??!!) It was freezing, so we had to move to the bar area--Because of the issues with the alarm, only certain things were on the menu--sandwiches. They were pretty good. The only other thing was the insistence that we make reservations for dinner--there was no one else in the restaurant except for us...so a comfortable hotel in a great location for the airport--just a tad pretentious.

Great place to stay if you are flying in or out of Dublin. Local staff from Ireland was very helpful. The food in the bar was great. Pleasant and quiet hotel. Gym is minimal. Shuttle to airport is quick and reliable.
