This hotel is well situated in Dubai with plenty of taxis to get you to where you want to go. Taxi fares are very reasonable. Our room was spacious and clean. Room was cleaned each day to perfection. Nice pool on roof but it is cold. Good gym up there also on roof level. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would come back. Burjuman shopping centre is close by and well worth a visit. Grocery stores are close by to get anything you would need. We did not use the restaurant so I cannot comment on the food.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, very close to metro station and lot of Indian restaurants. The front desk guy was quite helpful . The hotel lobby smells of smoke as people keep smoking outside the entrance. The deluxe rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is also quite big. We stayed for 4 days and the housekeeping was promptly cleaned the room, bathroom and refurbished the toiletries , fresh towels and water bottles. The only negative point is the floor is carpeted which is not cleaned properly and also stinks sometimes.Breakfast was good with mainly Indian cuisine. Altogether a good hotel to stay for a short duration.

We booked a deluxe room for three of us. It was 52 Sq. mtrs room, quire big to accommodate an extra bed. bathroom was modern and big. There is a super market, Lots of Indian restaurants near by. Famous meena bazaar is at a walking distance. Metro station is around 500 mtrs from the hotel. Hotel have a bar and provides an Indian breakfast since most guests are Indian.

I stayed there in April 2017. The rooms are big and very clean and bathroom very modern. You can make your own coffee or tea and you can save anything you like in the fridge. TV is very nice size and you can receiver many tv channels and also the room has iron for your clothes.

Don't expect any courtesy from staff. room cleaning was not proper we had a cake cut in our room and the plates were left there for 1 day while cleaning the room. The buffet was not worth actually as it was mentioned. only good thing it is close to metro station. i would prefer to go for some other hotel in the same area if you are spending good amount.

Had the worst experience when entered the hotel on the first day. The receptionist is shouting on the check in guest. Then she was dealt with us with equal rudeness. She was the worst receptionist i ever meet but to manage a guy who was also standing with her made things ok. She doesnt deserve to be in hospitality business. The first experience was very bad. Coming to the rooms, the rooms are big and somewhat clean. The cleaning of rooms need proper checking. Cleaning staffs are good, moment you ask them they will clean it but it shouldnt be the case. Maintainance of the rooms need to be done urgently, like my bathtub was leaking. Comming to the food, the food tastes very good but expensive compare to the restaurants nearby, the breafast spread could be better. It is ok for Indians but European will not like it. Location of the hotel is the best. You have good restaurant, medical shops, supermarkets, meena bazar all in walking distance. Now will I suggest any1 to stay in this hotel? I would say you can but you will definitely have better options outside. This statement is only bcoz of the rude behaviour of the receptionist which created a very bad impression of the hotel. The first impression is the last impression.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days and we had a group of 10 people. The hotel staff was very uncooperative and also the quality of breakfast was very poor . There was no variety in food and the service was poor . The quality of cutlery was bad and the overall ambience was poor too . I spend more than 100 usd per room per night. Totally wasted . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Check in Staff was great. When we got to our room we didn’t have bath towels. We asked them to bring but no one brought towels. We had to go down and speak to reception staff. When we came back inside the room after an hour , we saw small towels. Toilet wasn’t clean, had to ask house keeping to clean. Next day when wanted to make tea , asked for cream , was told they are sending. After ten mins when called again , reception said sending. Finally housekeeping staff Came to the room and said cream is over they have ordered. We spoke to the Anish the manager about the issues we faced next morning and things got better. When he came back in the evening we had proper towels in the room , slippers etc and the room was cleaned well. It smelled great and fresh. it made a lot of difference in our stay. I just say , Anish changed our stay from being worst to the best. He is a great manager , very professional and takes great care of his guests. We wouldn’t be happy if he would have not assisted us Rooms are spacious.

this hotel is situated in main bur dubai area. bu i am really dispointed with their service. from reception level to room service need lot of improvements. not suits for 4 star category. bedbugs, hanging closet health hose, lights are not properly connected etc.

I stayed here with a friend and on arrival we were put in a smoking room, we asked if we could change to a non smoking, where they moved us to wasn't a prepared room the bed was dirty the spare pillows were all stained and smelt, there was no hair dryer, only 1 cup between 2 of us, we had a kettle base but no kettle, the lamp was hanging off it's stand, stains on the walls and carpet it was a shambles. They did come and change the bed and replace the missing items I also have to add my brother and his partner were across the corridor and their room was fine. The breakfast which we paid extra for wasn't the best and was mainly curry for breakfast so we just settled for Croissants which we constantly had to ask for. People were touching food on the buffet and I witnessed a guy take a swig from the shared water bottle then put it back for people to pour a drink from. The pool area was quite a nice area compared to the rest of the hotel apart from us witnessing children one of around 11 years old urinating up the poolside shower. So all in all it's the guests that stay here that let t down and the unfortunate room we had. We stayed in may so the rates were reasonably priced. Lots of places to eat near by and close to the metro. Nicer places to stay in Dubai i'd say the only thing going for this one was the location.
