Excellent front desk staff like Kathleen who checked us in almost 4 hours early, and the two guest relation managers, clean rooms, quite a well spread out breakfast buffet and very helpful bell captains like Mr Anil.

Doesn’t look the most glamorous facade for a hotel in Dubai, but once you enter it is rather nice. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely. Good selection of hot & cold food at buffet breakfast so overall can’t really complain. Would I come back ? Mmmm🤔 I’ve stayed in better !

Comfortable room with good A/C and safe for valuables. In the lobby there is a Travel desk for convenience to book local tours and receive advice. Breakfast was adequate. Location was good with Metro a 10 minute walk. The Dubai creek was only a short walk through typical old style architecture. Once at the locally called Creek "though i have seen smaller rivers"Simply board a local water craft with the locals to cross to the other side. You pay the boatman on the way & it is cheap. On the other side are the Souks or Markets, including Gold,Silver & spice. This is well worth a visit though the halkers are persistent. If not interested simply say La La which is No No in Arabic & keep walking.

A good cheap hotel in the heart of Indian Dubai. Staff are very helpful. Could benefit from a shuttle bus arangement to and from the airport. My taxi got lost coming and I ended up paying nearly double the expected fare.

Very Clean Hotel,3 star, breakfast including in the price. Hotel price rezonabile, plus the position, location is perfect, close to restaurants, shops, bank, and abra 10 min. You need bus just walk 4,5 min. I recommended 100% 😊

Stayed 3 nights here on our first visit to Dubai. One of the few hotels to offer a free breakfast and half board option. We liked the location in Bur Dubai- near to the metro, the Creek and the Museum. Used the metro for getting to other sights and the ferry for a lovely cruise to Dubai Marina. The hotel itself was very nice. We got into our room early which was a bonus. Big modern bedroom with very good a/c. Breakfast had a good choice of food. At night, only a few people seemed to take up the dinner option and so choices were a bit limited and the restaurant lacked atmosphere. However, the food was tasty and fine for 3 nights. Not sure where we would have eaten out close by. Overall, we would stay here again. Sent from my iPad

My first trip to Dubai and I was glad to have chosen this hotel and even more glad that I was served by Mr Abdul Rahman upon checking in. I was in for a surprise when I was told upon checked in that I only booked ONE family interconnecting room for my group of 7 people in my family. Mr Abdul Rahman was very cool and calm and even gave me suggestions to what I can do and how he could help me to solve my issues. I had never been ushered to see rooms prior to booking. Mr Abdul Rahman was very generous enough to show me to rooms that could fit in well for my family of 7 and allowed me to take sometime to decide my choices. To have him settled my problem after jetlagged really took away my worries. Lots of credit for him from me and my family. I am really happy that I was served by him and Gateway Hotel should be proud to have such a staff who is very dedicated that provides execellent service rendered to the clients PS : stayed between 16 to 18 september 2019

Very good stay, reception very helpful. Rooms very nice, lifts fast, A little confusing to get to but nothing at fault. Our room attendant Bishny was amazing! Very nice 👍🏽 Would recommend and stay again

Very nice hotel. It's accessible to bus station, metro and dubai abra. Friendly staffs and guards. Rooms are clean, food is great! The first time I checked in the receptionist gave me refreshment! But in the next stay, nobody offered and I was expecting. Please maintain first impression. Anyway, I still be back in this hotel.
