This stunning, contemporary and super luxury 12,000 square foot, three floor, four suite (plus guest bedroom) beach villa is set in the heart of the five-star hotel, Five Palm Jumeirah. Located on West Beach, with breathtaking sea and Marina skyline views, this incredible villa features a top floor jacuzzi with panoramic sunset views, a huge climate controlled private pool, garden and direct beach access, plus much more.
The Space:
This Five Palm Beach Villa will impress even the most discerning guests; it is hard to capture the scale and luxury of this property in photos. At 12,000 square feet, it is a huge space. Being in the luxury Five Palm Jumeirah hotel complex, guests benefit from full access to the 5* hotel's spa, gym, pools, beach and many restaurants. The beach villa comes complete with daily housekeeping and concierge service.
The ground floor is an enormous open plan space for living, entertaining and dining. The property is flooded with open natural light from floor to ceiling windows, which look onto the sea, private garden, pool and sun deck. Guests may walk directly onto the beach from the villa's garden. The ground floor includes separate ‘dirty’ and show kitchens, a bar, powder room, open plan lounge and dining area, and staff/guest bedroom (with en-suite).
On the first floor (accessible by the elevator or stairs) are four double bedroom suites inclusive of marble clad en-suites, walk in or fitted wardrobes, and balconies. The bedrooms have beautiful balcony sun decks with sun beds. All bedrooms have a large Samsung smart TV.

The BEST host
Our host was amazing! Adeel went over and beyond to accommodate us in every way. He sourced cars for our entire trip at a great rate and even went out his way to help us with a return. All of our orders he helped coordinate by communicating for us due to the language barriers. He also was extremely responsive at all times. Over all a great host and he made this experience in Dubai 10x better. The home is as pictured and the location is perfect for a group who wants to get the best of Dubai.

Lovly premises - great location, the villa had been amazing, Maybe it should have been mentioned, that the beach parties taking place 12 hours during the weekend - and not everyone enjoys parties until 3 am in the morning.
