Terrible management, zero customer care. Avoid

For the whole stay the cooker (hobs and oven) where not working. Complained every day about it but the host did not do anything about it. It forced me to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner outside generating a significant extra cost to my stay in the apartment and depite I asked the host did not agree on any compensation. The host kept giving excuses and delaying the solution which at the end it never came. On top of that, the apartment has a constant smell of blocked pipes, might be because the building is still quite new and the systems need to run for a while. In addition, there is a construction site next to it where it seems they even work at night so the constant noise plus the prayer from the mosque near by made de night rest quite challenging (even with ear plugs). On a positive note, the building is well located connected to the mall which allows quick shopping and daily errands.
