Between the holes in the wall, dirty linens, and the non working phone (which they said they had to cut off because too many people were making drug deals on)... it was probably one of the worst hotel experiences ever.

I needed a short stay while my apartment was repainted and floored. My room was in the back overlooking the lake, where it was very quiet. Mattress was brand new and very comfortable. Bathroom had been renovated previously and was roomy and bright. Coffee and juice in the morning, and laundry facilities - all I needed. It served my needs very well.

Somewhat tolerable experience for not a bad price. Room is run down and needs an upgrade. Smell was musty. We got in late and left early so we just needed a place to stay. Breakfast was thread bare with little choice. Basically, toast and two kinds of cereal. Will never stay here again unless the upgrades are obvious.

Nice and quite this was my 2nd time staying within 3 week PD and I enjoyed my stay for the price I paid.

definitely a 2 star hotel , it was ok for a cheap place to sleep and move on in the morning

Good place to stay. Private, quite, reasonable price, and decent staff. Staff could be friendlier.

Says it is lakeside inn and suites it is a super 8 run by wyndam resorts terrible shape and conditions

I really wasn't expecting much from paying so little for a room within a few miles from a race I was doing but the room was rather undesireable. Though it was a non-smoking room it still slightly smelled like smoke. The bathroom fixtures weren't affixed well and there was a nice hole in the wall near the one bed. The coffee pot & hair dryer were rather dirty. The toilet was stained. It looked like the room was either rarely used or rarely cleaned.

We planned a last minute end of the summer beach weekend. My husband wanted to shorted the 5 hr trip so we decided to stay half way in between. The customer service was lacking. We had to interrupt the office staff and cleaning service who were having a very intense conversation just to check in. There were 4 people in our party and we only had enough linens for 2! When we went to the front desk to request more the night manager said they were all out of clean linens and we would have to come back in the morning. The next morning there was no one around! We asked for a wake up call, which they attempted to do but the phone in our room was broken! The breakfast was the worst. It was EXTREMELY continental. The milk was warm, the cream cheese was spoiled and we had to go digging through drawers to find bowls for the oatmeal packets!! Got $60/night you cant expect much, I guess. Definitely will not stay here again

The room and the bathroom was very nasty I didn't like it there

This hotel is actually called Super 8. We stayed there 2 nights during a music festival and there was some partying but staff was nice and let us check out late. Recommended for the price.

I enjoy my stay there, the Staff was very friendly... the room was clean daily and the price of the hotel was affordable....keep up the good works.

Wouldn't go down. Called the front desk and the clerk was very helpful. Offered to come to my room with a new key so I could move. Initially I said ok, but then I realized, when I walked into the room initially it was hot (I was there in June 2012) and it took an hour just to not feel hot. I didn't feel like dealing with that again so I just blew off my shower and stayed. There was no soap in the room. When I told the front desk clerk that she said, "Look, I'm not housekeeping. I can get you another room but I can't do anything about what they left you." I was kind of surprised at that comment since she was so helpful about getting me a new room. ALERT: The name of this hotel changed: it's now a hotel brand that starts super and ends with an eight. Apparently we can't write the brands of hotels in this text box!

Stayed there b4. Great Staaf and friendly helpful.

The hotel was dirty, beds were clean, continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. We walked to Dunkin Donuts.

Got a room here due 2 hurricane Irene. I was very concerned due to a couple of bad reviews and pictures. Was very pleasently suprised. Bed was comforatable, room was clean. The only issue I had was that there were not enough towels and washcloths in the room. Although, not everyone reserving a room has twins!

Called also as Lakeside Inn and Suites was infact a SUPER 8 ! The Building is Old. The windows and ceiling leaked along exterior wall , dripping into the air conditioner. Phones do not work. The continental breakfast and dining hall is nice .

A good hotel when I eventually found it. The name on Orbitz is wrong, its a Super 8 Motel

Great room. Very clean

This hotel was extremely nice for the price. The name is not correct and I had a hard time finding the place. Lakeside Inn and Suites is not the correct name and you should see that it is changed to the Super 8. I only found this place because of the street number 348 Dupont HWY. Close to Route 8 in Dover. No pool at the hotel.
