I didnt have a beach view, but I wished I did it would of complemented the whole atmosphere of the Regency Hotel. Very quaint, oldy worldy place in a very nice way. Nice personal touches from the toiletries to the shoe shine and sewing kit. Loved my stay.

A very well appointed hotel on the Seafront of Douglas. Staff freindly and restaurant was very good. French style menu. The hotel has kept its early years character whilst implementing modern touches to compliment the decor. Room was spacious and again well appointed with all you need, tea/coffee making, flat screen tv, fridge with water snd plenty sockets/ USB charge points. Highly recommend.

From the front desk through the rest of the property, everyone was exceptional. I’m very grateful for the experience I had there. Tim and Claire at the front desk were great and the staff serving drink and food were very accommodating and kind. Great hotel with friendly staff. On street parking is avaiable but limited to 16 hrs in any 24 hrs. Having said that I didn't see a single parking attendant enforcing it all week.

As long as you book with the expectation that this is a relatively low cost hotel you won’t be disappointed. The staff were helpful, the room was basic but clean. It suited my requirements. I think the restaurant was a bit of a let down due to the high cost and lengthy wait for food - maybe I caught them at a bad time and there were no better options nearby. Not a great location if you want to walk to see/do things but there are transport options nearby.
