Rude breakfast attendant

The hotel was fine. Timothy was an outstanding. Charles was very nice. The problem arise when I went for breakfast and the oatmeal was hard as a rock so I asked the attendant to heat up some oatmeal for me in the microwave. I put some milk and water in it to get it to be oatmeal again and she handed it back to me the very same way I gave it to her. She refused to make get fresh oatmeal. She basically just ignored me. Charles had to go back and make New oatmeal. She was rude and inappropriate.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was actually very good. Only complaint was that bed was uncomfortable with a sag in the middle and should be replaced.

Very clean. Felt almost new. Only downside was the placement of the air conditioning unit right next to one of the beds. It prved and uncomfortable experience when the air was blowing. Otherwise, I'd give high marks.
