This is my second stay at this location and needless to say I did not sleep well because the tv cut itself off every hour on the hour. I play the tv at night to drown out noise and when it cuts off I wake up. I am sick and tired of not being able to operate the implements in my room at my convince. This help us be green has grown so old with me. The lovely firepit does not always work. There are also people allowed to linger on the property that looked drug fueled and makes one feel uncomfortable as well as unsafe.

From being able to hear EVERYTHING from ajoining rooms, to lack of lighting in the room, and noisy showers, kids running up and down the halls, it was good we didnt spend alot of time in our room because we would have been miserable.

Room 227 water pressure was very weak. The door to the floor is like 2in. So light from the hallway just comes in at night amd you hear everything from the hallway

The facility was amazingly clean and fresh from the time you walked in the foyer. Front desk staff was outstanding and friendly and helpful. They provided rare details for dining options and asked preference for floor and assisted me in getting my Bonvoy number which I didn’t have. The room - outstanding as well - clean, well appointed and comfortable! 10 out of 10 on all aspects!

breakfast was just ok. the only employee who was not at all interested in the guest happened to be the person serving breakfast. Who I may add talked on her cell phone the entire time and acted rudely if you asked her for anything. Other staff there were great, helpful, friendly and made you feel welcome.
