Well-equipped holiday flat in proximity to a beach

The holiday flat features a very well equipped kitchen. However, kitchen tissue/sponges/trash bags etc had to be bought by ourselves. Otherwise the kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals. Even some spices and salt and pepper were provided. Furthermore, we appreciated the umbrellas for the beach that came with the flat too. Two things that are good to know for people being interested in this flat: There’s no WiFi but the cellular connection in the flat is also almost none existent. It makes it impossible to do research for any things you might wanna visit or do during your stay here. And the lack of Internet renders it impossible to work here. Another good fact to know: The flat is located very centrally in Cala Gonone right at a busy street. You can hear noises from people partying or driving by from 7am to 1am. One thing to remark: There was no hand soap. Communication with the owner was superb.

Moderne Wohnung in optimaler Lage

Die Wohnung ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern, sehr modern und alles neu gemacht. Die Vermieterin war total freundlich und hat uns auch einige Tipps gegeben. Zum Hafen sind es nur 2 min zu Fuß und ebenso zum Spiaggia Centrale. Parkplatz direkt vor der HaustĂŒr und alles andere zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist prima. SupermĂ€rkte um die Ecke, nah zum Strand. Gastgeberin sehr gut erreichbar. Einziger Minuspunkt die LautstĂ€rke der Straße nebenan. Allerdings Wohnung gut isoliert, wenn Fenster zu.

Sono molto contento , perchĂ© la collocazione permette di poter raggiungere e vivere posti di mare tra i piĂč belli della Sardegna . La casa ha risposto in pieno alle aspettative, con il punto forte e indispensabile del posto auto personale: senza sarebbe impraticabile. Solo due piccoli appunti , che non dipendono perĂČ piĂč di tanto dalla proprietĂ  : non c'Ăš il wifi, ma anche se ci fosse cambierebbe poco, perchĂ© il segnale in tutta l'ampia zona di Cala Gonone e dintorni Ăš di pessima qualitĂ , con grandi problemi di linea ovunque. Poi, il fatto di essere in centro, comporta una discreta movida di persone che rientrando anche a tarda ora, non sono sempre educatamente silenziosi . Per il resto tutto a portata di mano, e veramente molto confortevole .

Vermieterin zeigte sich sehr bemĂŒht aber es sind Dinge wie keine Lampen und Pkastikgeschirr und Backofen nicht brauchbar, welche beteits mehrfach und seit langem bemĂ€ngelt wurden. Wir jaben den Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen.

De woning ligt dicht bij de haven maar daar heb je absoluut geen last van, in tegendeel het geeft gezelligheid. En op ons balkon hebben we menig voorbijganger jaloers zien kijken naar ons. Alleen jammer dat er geen wifi is, maar met het vlak bij gelegen Musicafe is dit snel opgelost. Ik heb begrepen dat men dit volgend jaar wil oplossen.

Sehr schöne, einfache Wohnung, gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet und mit allen Basics ausgestattet, die es braucht. Gut ausgestattete KĂŒche. Sie war sehr sauber und lag ca. 3 Minuten von Hausstrand und Hafen (Ablegestelle, von welcher AktivitĂ€ten wie Tauchen, Bootsfahrten etc möglich sind). Die Klimaanlage benötigte 2 Tage bis auch das Schlafzimmer ertrĂ€glich kĂŒhl war, danach ging es jedoch. 3 mögliche Außenbereiche, die man nutzen kann. Der Austausch mit der Vermieterin war super, freundlich und unkompliziert.

Perfect Location, Excellent Holiday!

The apartment is near the port of Cala Gonone and is perfect to get to all of the local beaches, shops and restaurants. Lovely and spacious apartment with very useful bits and pieces like the umbrella which we used on beach days, Tupperware which we used for pack ups, a cool box with cool packs and shopping bags. A supermarket across the road and round the corner makes self catering so easy, however when out and about we found the larger supermarket in Dorgali useful. Our favourite beach was about 20 mins walk but is a nice walk along the coast front and was never really busy. We hiked a lot and most of our hikes started within 1hr 10 min drive in either direction so this was a perfect base for us. We liked the beach at Berchidda (1hr drive away) golden sands and turquoise waters..beautiful. Christina warned us about the delicate electricity situation and not to overload the usage, however we found that just using the electric kettle tripped this however with instructions from Christina this was easily reset a couple of times from outside the property and no hassle at all. Would definitely recommend this beautiful town and Christina's apartment.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Schöner und praktischer wĂ€re es, wenn nicht nur reine GlĂŒhbirnen angebracht wĂ€ren. Es ist alles vorhanden, Details wie zB Besteck und Teller leider jedoch auf niedrigem Niveau ( rein Plastik). Badezimmer des Nachbarn grenzt direkt an das Schlafzimmer an.

Great apartment, location and service

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Cala Gonone, travelling a family of 2 kids and 2 adults. The location of the apartment is very central to Everything in the city, including shops, beach and restaurant. The backside of the central location is that there is some noice from the street, however this is easily compensated by closing the practical Windows/doors and using the AC when needed. The apartment is very fresh and newly upgraded, and has all the required accesories for cooking etc. It was also nice and clean when we arrived, and was just the right size for us The owner was very response both upfront and during the stay. Overall, highly recommendable and would for sure like to come back any day!

Super séjour à Cala Gonone

Deux superbes semaines Ă  Cala Gonone! Nous avons appreciez le chaleureux acceuil de Caterina et la disponibilitĂ© de Cristina. L'appartement est fonctionnel, charmant et vraiment bien situĂ©, Ă  quelques pas de toute commoditĂ© (plage, supermarchĂ©, restaurant, poste et banckomat...). Seuls bĂ©mols, l'isolation n'est pas trĂšs bonne et comme l'appartement est en centre ville, c'est assez bruyant donc prĂ©voir des boules quies. DeuxiĂšme bĂ©mol, la climatisation qui n'est que dans la salle et comme on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenĂȘtres Ă  cause du bruit il fait un peu trop chaud dans la chambre, pour remĂ©dier Ă  ce problĂšme on laissait la clim allumĂ©e dans la salle avec la porte de la chambre ouverte. Mis Ă  part cela, tout Ă©tait super, nous avons adorĂ© nos vacances Ă  Cala Gonone oĂč on a pu dĂ©couvrir toutes les criques du coin en kayak ou en voiture (d'ailleurs vivement conseillĂ©e) puis randonnĂ©es..., une grotte incroyable (bue marino), une source d'eau Ă  Su Gologone et de magnifiques peintures murales Ă  Orgosolo. Autant dire qu'on n'a pas eu le temps de s'ennuyer. Nous recommandons vivement !
