To be very honest, I was disappointed with the fact that the hotel was given 5 stars. It deserves no more than 3 1/2. The staff were extremely unhelpful and very difficult. We called to get the room cleaned and they refused to die to the fact that we were checking the same day so I asked if we could have more shampoo and conditioner and they said that that wasn’t possible either. I asked the manager to come to the room and he did, only after I got hot tempered and threatened to write to corporate did he agree to give me more toiletries. The toiletries that were kept for our use in the room were opened, seal broken, and used. HOW can a 5 star hotel accept this?? When I told him about this the manager asked me if I was sure that I didn’t use them.. as if accusing me. Also, bring your own shampoo and conditioner, as well as body gel because their soaps don’t lather and have no smell so it’s as if you’re rinsing your body with water. In order to ‘satisfy’ me they gave me an hour extra as late check out

Great 5 star hotel with many facilities. However they didn't sell any alcohol on New Year's eve and I thought this was a bit strange even for a muslim country.

Everything was perfect. We had a spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was huge and delicious. The vallet parking was also great. We'd love to be back at Warwick some day.

great city hotel
