Don’t ! I’m not sure if it’s because it’s Ramadan but this was the WORST experience. Qatar is such a clean country for this hotel not meet its standard . It had many sanitation violations ….roach , blood stains on lamps , stained toilets , stained sheets , never swept floors. Then the noise was so annoying everyday they constantly were fixing . Leak in ceiling in main lobby , no pool access because rooftop was under construction and unsafe. And worst of all NO customer service ! Doesn’t greet with smile , or anything (supervisor especially). I can list more but I’m sure you get the point ! I promise I never leave bad reviews anywhere but this was just deplorable and disgusting. Being stranded I was to receive free meals and they refused to give me even tho it’s sponsored by government. Only good thing , it’s walking distance to metro.

Booked for one night for overnight airport layover. Cost was approximately 180 USD The hotel and room smelt like cigarette smoke and the room was poorly cleaned with missing towels. Feels like a run down motel. Very poor value for what you are getting.

1st, I asked for a non- smoking room. You can smell smoke through the vents in the bathroom. I don’t think that hotel has designated non-smoking floors. 2nd, the shower curtain was very moldy. I had to contact management to get someone to change it. The room gave my clothes a stench, I had to ask management several times for towels. The bed was hard. Otherwise the room was clean. It did come with a fridge. The only pro was that it was in walking distance to the metro, grocery store and that you could order food from the restaurant downstairs. I was not expecting five stars as I knew this was a budget hotel since my stay was brief. This was my experience as someone else could’ve had a different experience. If I was to go back I would pay for 4 to 5 star accommodations.

This hotel is clean, quiet and well kept. I enjoyed my stay even though it was short. The only downside is they made me wait for house keeping to check my room before I could check out. I didn’t like it but I understand why.
