Vue sur la mer magnifique Mais c’est tout le positif L’appartement est vraiment vieillot pour ne pas dire plus Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité La vaisselle est soit cassée soit dépareillée le matériel électrique est d’un âge canonique les radiateurs sont d’une époque révolue La tapisserie se décolle, les moisissures dans les sanitaires….Pour résumer appartement à fuirJe peux éventuellement fournir quelques photos de cet appartement

Vue sur mer superbe mais literie très inconfortable !

Comme indiqué dans le titre, cet appartement a une vue magnifique sur la baie de Dinard-St-Malo. Mais la literie est vétuste avec des matelas mous (voire défoncés) qui sont totalement inconfortables ! C'est un point très négatif qui fait tomber la note à 3 sur 10. Concernant l'accueil, nous avons été très bien reçus au bureau INTERHOME de Dinard... Mais les explications de l'agence ne correspondaient pas du tout au bon emplacement de l'appartement et lors de notre arrivée, nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver l'appartement ! Heureusement que des copropriétaires nous ont très aimablement aidés à chercher la bonne porte au bon étage.

Logement très agréable, face à la mer !

Emplacement idéal face à la grande plage. Les fenêtres étaient sales à notre arrivée. Heureusement, l'agence de location a fait le nécessaire pour nous permettre d'apprécier la vue à sa juste valeur ! Le logement est conforme à l'annonce, pratique et fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous y retournerons !
