It offers unobstructed views over the rooftops of Dinard. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A lounge area with an armchair, a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV - A dining area - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: a Nespresso pod coffee machine and a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, etc.
- A separate sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200), equipped with a chest of drawers and wardrobe. Please note that there is no space to walk around the bed on either side. - A bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, etc.
- A balcony to enjoy sunny days The L'Opalin apartment enjoys an exceptional location in the centre of Dinard, just 150 metres from the large Écluse beach and the Clair de Lune promenade (GR34). Everything is within walking distance: beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. The Place des Halles, home to Dinard's wonderful market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Although located in the very centre, the accommodation is quiet because the living room balcony (5th floor) faces the other side of the street, which means you won't be bothered by any potential noise pollution due to the central location. Transport: For a peaceful stay, this flat comes with a private enclosed parking space in the basement.

Logement très clair, agréable et suffisamment équipé. Seul bémol, le lit est littéralement encastré dans ce qui tient lieu de chambre, qui exige une certaine gymnastique pour se coucher.
