• Canoes, paddle boards, and kayaks are not stored on the property to avoid liability concerns, but guests are welcome to bring their own. As a thank you, we provide a gift card with each reservation for two free paddle or kayak rentals through Stand Up Paddle Colorado—just a short walk from the home.

This property includes an attached casita/guesthouse designated for the caretaker and co-host. It will remain unoccupied during guest stays, and access is only through the front door, ensuring complete guest privacy throughout the main house.

Lovely home with a breathtaking lake view. Every amenity you could ever need or want. Sits in a Bay Area on the lake that is perfect for paddle boarding, swimming or kayaking. This house is super unique. There is a lot going on inside the house (artwork, objects, books, collectibles, etc) so just know that going into it. It’s a great location with easy access to the lake and we enjoyed being able to rent some kayaks/paddle boards just around the corner in which the host provided us with a discounted gift card to use with that company which was very nice. The back patio is great for hanging out on and watching everything going on. The host/property Manager (Courtney) was wonderful to work with and made everything easy to stay here.
