Zunächst muss ich sagen, dass der Vermieter sehr freundlich war.Leider waren wir hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit und der Ausstattung sehr enttäuscht. Wir erwarten wirklich nicht viel, aber eine gute Grundreinigung vorab eben schon. Schubladen, Geschirr etc. waren teils verschmutzt und/oder verstaubt. Überall im Haus - auch im Bett, der Waschmaschine und den Schränken - waren Hundehaare zu finden. (Man bezahlt für einen Hund wegen der Reinigung einen ordentlichen Aufschlag.)Das Bett war wahnsinnig klein und die Matratze sehr durchgelegen, so dass man immer in die Mitte gerutscht ist. Ein Ausweichen auf die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ging auch nicht, da diese ebenfalls durchgelegen und noch dazu abschüssig war (vielleicht kaputt).Das Fenster im Badezimmer ist schwarz von Schimmel, weil es beim Duschen jedesmal klitschnass wird, aber nicht entsprechend behandelt oder gegen eines aus Kunststoff ausgetauscht worden ist.Ich finde es wirklich schade, eine solche Bewertung geben zu müssen, da der Vermieter sehr freundlich war. Aber man ist, bei dem Preis, den man zahlt, schon sehr frustriert und auch enttäuscht, wenn der lang ersehnte Sommerurlaub wegen schlafloser Nächte leidet und man sich nicht wohl fühlt aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit. Unsere Familie hat selbst eine Ferienwohnung und da sind Sauberkeit und auch der regelmäßige Austausch der Gebrauchsgegenstände eine Selbstverständlichkeit.

Altes Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt war gut. Das Haus war klein, aber das konnten wir ja bereits im Internet erkennen. Die Einrichtung müsste von Grund auf erneuert werden, alles ist alt und durchgesessen und entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard, ohne zu hohe Ansprüche zu stellen.

..ein Haus mit sehr angenehmer Athmosphäre. Da das Wetter oft regnerisch war, haben wir mehr Zeit als sonst in der FeWo verbracht. Wir haben uns in allen Räumen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein wenig umständlich mit dem Auto bis ans Haus heran zu fahren, aber möglich. Familie Sauvage ist sehr freundlich Wolfgang & Marianne, Darmstadt

Maison clôturée tout confort

Bonjour, cette petite maison a tout le confort nécessaire et le plus a été de pouvoir y séjourner avec nos 2 chiens (2 boxers de 30 kg). Le terrain est clôturé et les propriétaires sont très gentils et agréables. De surcroît, la situation géographique est parfaite et au calme. Prestation à la hauteur !
