The hotel was mediocre at best. The actual room was decent but the wood floors were thin as paper. The people in the room above us rumbled the entire time and it felt like an earthquake. The mattresses in this hotel is TERRIBLE!! We literally felt like we were sleeping in bricks. I woke up with terrible back pain and body aces. Shower head was falling apart. I would not recommend staying there.

Great location right off of the freeway. Very nice staff. Great breakfast, just ends a little early. Ordered a Non-smoking room, and our room stunk so bad, it smelled like someone was currently smoking as we were staying.

I liked all the new amenities. The shower head had nice rainbow lights. Jacuzzi was fast filling. Room had a lot of space along with nice seating area. Fridge/Microwave very convenient. The firepit outside was lit, nice ambience. Furniture was nicely decorated. Very enjoyable stay, will stay again.
For my first stay in Lincoln Park I'd have to say i will definitely be back. The room was clean. Water hot and rooms were not noisy. The breakfast selection was very very nice as well. The pool was warm and comfortable.

I thought it was really cool that the hotel texted me prior to my check-in and I was able to reserve the Romance package at the last minute. I had to extend my stay several times and the staff was really pleasant to deal with, especially Ruth. It was clean, it was vibrant. It gives the feel of a luxury hotel but without breaking the bank.
