30 plus people in a pool party that is against company policy. Hot tub had 12 kids in it. When bringing this issue to the front desk they said that they talked to the main manager 4 times but said he was forgiving and they weren’t going to do anything about it. Room was clean but freezing even with heat fully blasted. We got this room specifically to enjoy the hot tub and pool. Not impressed.

Hottub was luke warm. There was way to much chlorine in that pool room, we all felt sick and were coughing because of it. The room key had to be reset 4 times, and there were veins by the bed in the room when we didn't have food in there

I only paid the extra money to stay here instead of the surrounding hotels because I wanted a hot tub. I specifically searched out a hotel with a hot tub. No where was it stated that it is no working. I am very disappointed. I feel as though this was a waste. I am not traveling. I wanted a restful night away in a hot tub. I am very upset I paid for an advertisement specific reason and it was unavailable.

The curtains in our room didn’t close all the way so i had light on my face all night. Around the pool area wasn’t clean, and the lock didn’t work so you had to go outside to get in(it’s December and cold as heck outside)

Upon arrival, we were told that our reserved room was overbooked! We were forced to take a room (not the suite we registered for) that was still under construction! That's right, under construction. There were bare plumbing fixtures coming out of the wall. And no wet bar which was supposed to be part of the room. We have been loyal to this hotel for a number of years and this was a terrible experience. Please stop over-booking sold reservations and finish the construction before giving rooms to your loyal clients.
