There are many possibilities for excursions: Rhodopark Westerstede, Meyer Werft Papenburg, Bad Zwischenahn or the coast, Leer with its beautiful old town and harbor, Cloppenburg with its museum village, Holland and Wiesmoor are all within easy reach.

For young and old there is the Stickisee - for swimming, paddling and splashing, and with a large children's playground. Es war alles so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Alles war ordentlich und sauber. Netter Kontakt über WhatsApp mit den Vermietern. Würden bei Bedarf die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns super. Dir Rasenfläche neben dem Haus war für die Kinder eine nette Abwechslung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie der Edeka in Detern oder auch ALDI, LIDL und Rossmann in Augustfehn waren gut und schnell erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche war auch gut. Es gab ein paar spiele im Wohnzimmer, was unseren Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Dass die Fenster mit Insektenschutzgittern ausgestattet waren, hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnungen haben jede ihren eigenen Zugang. Die Parkplätze direkt auf dem Grundstück waren auch super, so musste man nicht am Straßenrand parken musste. Cons: Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügelmöglichkeiten, sowie der Grill, waren leider nicht auffindbar.
