The staff were lovely and provided excellent service right from the time we got out of the car. The check-in process went smoothly — we arrived early, but still got to check into our room ahead of time. Overall, the hotel was clean, and we were impressed by the service from Mr. Anthony at the front desk, the housekeeping team on 30th floor, and the concierge who helped with charging our electric car.
