Bedbugs all over my face and arms! Host would not help with new accommodations either!! Just stuck there if I chose to stay, which I did not. Male host at the front desk wanted to come to my room to help with excursions ( I am female). Very inappropriate! Who does that? DONT GO THERE

Alexandra Resort - All-Inclusive
The room was very nice and clean. Most of the staff was nice however not overly friendly. The food was very good and the choices were great. The beach area was perfect and well kept. I would stay here again.

Ocean Club West, Grace Bay Beach
Housekeeping does not re-stock the amenities (coffee) unless you call and ask. Today we had to call 3 times to have the room made up and the 3rd time at 4:00pm. This is unacceptable when you are paying $900 per night.
