The location of this property is the best thing about it. They did a great job with the landscaping and the grounds and the beach are beautiful. The rooms and the hotel not so much. If you expect it to be a typical Ritz well forget about it. The rooms are basic and not well-appointed at all. I was extremely disappointed. The view was wonderful. They skimped on a lot. Art was almost non existent, furniture looks scarce. The common areas were not attractive. The bathroom off the main bar looked like a service closet. I wish I had liked it more since I travel to Turks at least once a year (have been there 35 times). I am a bonvoy member and was excited to see online that I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite with club access-except I was told when I checked in that I got the room upgrade but no cub access-really? Food at the bar was good. Nonnas was ok. Casino was pretty pathetic. Don't know if I will return.

I wish I could remember the names of everyone but outstanding service to the beach crew, housekeeping and the rest of staff, Earnest, Milourdes, Kerene, etc. Thank you all for making our stay a memorable one!
