"It's a really nice hotel, amazing industrial loft design with great attention to all the small interior details. Great use of upcycled pieces in decor and furniture. A truly artful piece.
Breakfast was good, enough of variety including healthy options.
Fairly centrally located, just a 15min walk from the Old Town and all the main attractions.
The only downside was an unpleasant interaction with a very unhelpful and unfriendly staff member.
I was given a free drink voucher on arrival as a welcome gift, which was nice.
I went to the Coffee & Wine Lounge, their onsite bar as suggested. As I don't drink, I've explained it to the bartender guy and asked if I could have coffee instead.
Only to receive a very cold and abrupt 'No'. Without even as much as an apology or an explanation.
Really?? Such pettiness at a 4star hotel is a bit insulting. Such a shame..."
