Stayed here for 3 nights, just perfect. Central location, everything was just a short walk away. Hotel very clean, had quiet room. Never had breakfast, at 15 Euro head, just considered it a bit expensive. Free wifi in the room was quick.

My favourite hotel in Bratislava. Comfortable, excellent service and the most delicious breakfast buffet you could wish for. Set in the heart of the town with a plethora of very good restaurants over the other side of the square it really is the ideal place to base yourself for experiencing what the old town has to offer. It harkens back to hotels of old with echoes of grandeur and the bar is a nice comfy touch with access to some excellent cigars available from the humidor if that is your thing. Rooms are clean and the beds comfy and the best is one at the front of the hotel on the first floor. From here you can sit out on the extensive balcony and people watch from April to October. Recommended!

Stayed at the hotel for two night and could not have been in a better location. Located in the old town and walking distance to shops and tourist attractions. Red bus tour stop is less than a minute walk from the front door, and Billa supermarket located just around the corner.

The location of the hotel can't be better. It's located in the old town and everything iswithin walking distance. The hotel has nice rooms quite spacious and very nice service. The staff are extremly helpfull and speak English. Can absolutely recommend this hotel if you stay in Bratislava.

We stayed here for two nights. An amazing hotel. Very clean the staff was great the rooms were big and he beds very comfortable. The hallways and the lobby always smelled clean and fresh. Most perfect location could walk the whole city from here. Best spot. Recommend this hotel very highly. !!!!!

Stayed here for business in Mar 2018 – good place with location as a highlight! Hotel is facing one of the largest squares of Bratislava, Hviezdoslavovo námestie, with plenty of attractions and places of interest. Rooms are spacious enough, same for bathroom. Breakfast is good, service good as well. Can definitely recommend for both business and pleasure trips.

I stayed here while on a business conference, the hotel is very well situated, the staff were very attentive with nothing being too much trouble, the rooms were spacious, clean with all you would need, my only small gripe are the pillows, very large and fluffy but no substance, all in all a great experience and one I would recommend for others.

While I stayed here for business, the location is superb for a personal trip! Opening directly onto the pedestrianised streets of old town Bratislava, and with parking on site, this is the perfect base for exploring the city. Breakfast was amazing, with a buffet style plus cooked options and packed lunches available, you will not go hungry. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff very helpful. A lovely spot for spending a day lost in meandering the shop streets, museums or the Danube.

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Breakfast was decent although a little more choice in the hot buffet (e.g. omelette, fried eggs) would have welcome. A little noisy as the room was facing the square but all in all, I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to all the sights, highlight was definitely the staff and room. Reception staff went above and beyond to help us when our flight home got cancelled and made us feel very welcome in the hotel. Breakfast was also very good and had an excellent choice, loved the omelette service cooked to order. Breakfast staff were very attentive and made sure you always had a clear table and tea/coffee. Our business class room with terrace was amazing with views of the square. I have to say our first impression was a lasting be greeted by Barbora on arrival with "we have been waiting for you to arrive as we have a lovely room waiting for you" was such a refreshing change to other hotels and made us feel like special guests.
