Stayed with my wife a couple of days ago. We had a 'junior' suite and club room access so expected everything to be good. The room size and furnishings more than met our expectations and the club room amenities were a treat: good hot food in the evening, nice wine and a good beer selection. For breakfast the club room was set up for a continental breakfast (because very few people were staying during this off-season week) and we were treated to the full breakfast in the hotel dining room- excellent! Staff were helpful and gracious consistently and added to our stay.

I stayed in the hotel for four weeks and they were able to arrange gluten-free and lactose free meal for my wife in the lounge. The service in the breakfast and lounge were really good. The front desk is a little unflexible with my late check out since I am a SPG platinum member. But, it was resolved with reservations personel. The cleaning of the room required some requests since they were not always good.

We thoroughly enjoyed a 2-night stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable and very well appointed. The view was to the public square, which was OK--there was music being played that would have been a problem had it gone late into the night, but it ended at about 9 PM. Very nice breakfast. It is adjacent to a sizable mall with all the usual mall stores, and more. Pharmacies and a grocery, as well as a food court in the mall. Several restaurants are very nearby, and only a short walk to the Old Town area which has many restaurants and shops. The hotel is on the Danube, but I doubt that there are river-view rooms. Excellent location.

Right next to one of the largest modern malls where grocery stores, pharmacy and good European stores are. Surrounded by nice restaurants. Close to Danube River. Walking distance to central city. Room is spacy and very clean. Morning breakfast buffet is fine.

It’s a very convenient and comfortable hotel for business travelers located close to city center and shopping mall. SPG status recognition is phenomenal – I have been upgraded to a huge suite without asking. Room has a good size and comfortable bed. Internet is free and fast. The breakfast in restaurant is up to 5-star standard. So all in all I recommend this hotel for stay in Bratislava.

Hotel is a typical Sheraton but Prince Edward was staying there so the whole hotel, police and secret service were preoccupied with kissing his behind so the rest of the hotel guests became an afterthought. I attempted to retire to the club lounge on the club floor where the food offering was very poor and stale. Western travellers would not put up with this but my entire experience of Slovakia served only to convince me that this is still a backward, Eastern Bloc country full of grumpy officious people who don't understand the concept of a service industry. I would not recommend staying here. I would not recommend going to Slovakia unless you have no option.

This Isa great hotel for families and for business purposes. When we first arrived we were NOT greeted by a bellboy and I had to go get one from the concierge desk. He came out and helped us get our luggage from the car and took it up to our rooms. Check in was easy. Nice and clean rooms. Hotel has a Sauna, Steam Room, and a small sized pool with cool water. It is also equipped with a fitness room and a massage/spa center.

The hotel is located in the Eurovea quarter, adjacent to a large shopping center and along the Danube river. Walking distance to the city center/old town approx. 10 minutes. Modern Hotel, nice decoration and furnishings. We had a nice junior suite, two rooms but no door between bedroom and living area. Spacious wardrobe. Aircon didn't work properly. Spacious bathroom, the towels, however were only 3rd class. The lounge was relatively small, with limited food offer. Breakfast was good. Parking very expensive, 30€ per night is quite demanding. Staff very friendly though a little bit unexperienced. All in all a good hotel.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel is nice, clean and comfortable, good for family and also business. Breakfast is served in a very relaxing and nice place and staff are well trained. Location is very good, is close to a shopping center, the river and nice restaurants.

Wonderful hotel. Modern rooms, well-equipped. Lovely food at the restaurant, staff is excellent. Business-room with free internet access, printer and computer is available 24/7 - was very helpful! Had to compare Sheraton Bratislava with Hilton Kiev - had 2 business events in a row. Really, Bratislava gets an A, with a huge C to Hilton in terms of staff politeness and even food. Ah yes, location is perfect!
