The breakfast was the worst I have ever had. All the hot items were cold, not even warm. Very little variety and selection of other items, not even bananas were provided. Staff were not properly trained, clearing away fresh cups of coffee, fetched condiments and cutlery, while I was getting a plate of food! The floor in the restaurant was filthy. Will not be staying at a Raddison again.

Great Location.

Overnight stay at the hotel, with a great riverside view of the UFO Bridge. Hotel is centrally located, with great transportation links. Bratislava Castle and Old Town are walkable from the hotel.

Amazing property in a perfect location, everything was within 15 minutes walking distance. the hotel is very clean and nice, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. One downside is the TV shows that is has netflix, we couldn't get it to work and asked at reception about it, apparently this is a service the hotel no longer provides. Not a big deal though it just would have been nice as my wife was ill for a few days of our stay so having that would have been nice.

Great location and very clean. Some staff couldn't be bothered with customer service. Room - no shower gel for two days. Had to plug TV in. Requested batteries for the remote control. Shower over bath only which leaked a lot. Requested ice and it was not available. The requested bed configuration not provided. Breakfast ok. MOW bar is actually a shisha bar. Is very expensive and not part of the hotel

The room on 1st floor was very noisy - bar / nightclub music to early morning, loud internal noises - sounded like people moving cafeteria furniture around half the night and then there was the tram outside (not the hotels fault though). Sleeping with an open window was out of the question. Otherwise very good.
