"“What’s up” That is how we were welcomed to the hotel and each time we had to change rooms. First time toilet seat broken Second time no furniture in the room Third time got a room on the overflow 3rd floor where the remodeling is taken place. What a s—t show. I’d pass on staying here. More stories but I’ll stop and let you be for warned to stay at a different hotel. “What’s up?”"

"Rating: 4/5 Stars (Recommended) I recently stayed here and would definitely return. The hotel is in a fantastic area—there are a couple of ponds nearby with a great walking trail and benches that made for a perfect spot to enjoy a snack outdoors. The Room & Amenities: The rooms appear to be in the process of being updated and were very clean. Sleep & Comfort: The beds were good, and the temperature control in the room worked well. Features: I appreciated the fridge, coffee maker, and the use of full-size shampoos and soaps. Note: There was no microwave in the room. Shower: My only minor issue was the water temperature fluctuating between hot and cold, though it wasn't a major deal-breaker. Facilities & Service: There was construction happening in the lobby during my stay, but it didn't hinder anything or impact the experience. They were a little "sketchy" at times and didn't always feel consistent, but we continued to use them. The morning meal was good and a nice inclusion. Staff Responsiveness: This is a pet-friendly hotel. We did have a dog barking on our floor for a while, but once we texted our concern to the staff, they addressed it immediately and the barking stopped. Value: The cost was decent, especially considering how expensive everything is these days. Overall, a great stay in a wonderful location!"

"Needs a shower that has shower doors and needs better lighting in the restroom. Breakfast hours aren't convenient especially when people on vacation. "
