Perfect location and exceptional accommodations!

We stayed 7 nights. The weather was beautiful The condo was clean and very comfortable We spent a lot of time on the beach and the pool. Loved every minute❤️

Family Vacation

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. It provided views and sounds of the beach. There were cafes/restaurants in walking distance, and other stores and activities were just a short drive away. We look forward to staying here again on a future trip.

Highly recommend this property! Our entire party was impressed with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. The view was just as it is in the pictures. Two parking spaces came in handy as we rented 2 golf carts and able to park them there. It is clear the owners maintain this property with care and detail. Would recommend this property (and others by this owner) to anyone!

The condo was not only very clean but very nicely and comfortably furnished. The convenience of a garage was wonderful especially since it rained the entire time we were there 😳 We would definitely stay again!

So clean and comfortably furnished. Cookware could be updated. We have stayed at Villa Coyaba several times over the past few years and would definitely book this unit again in the future.

Beautiful condo

The condo was just gorgeous. Very well equipped and comfortable. We cook a lot on vacation and there was plenty of pots and pans and utensils. The pools were amazing and the location in Santa Rosa was charming. The beach was beautiful. The only drawback for some was the stairs going down to the beach. Just something to be aware of, but can clearly be seen in pictures that are posted. We loved it and hope to be back again next year!

Great week at the Beach!

We’ve stayed at Villa Coyaba many times but have never stayed stayed at a YFAB property. They did a great job from booking to check out making sure we had everything we needed and so much more. Condo was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The personal touches- welcome towel, wine, stocked hand/bath soaps, laundry detergent, and toilet paper didn’t go unnoticed and not something other management companies provide. We didn’t need anything during our week but have no doubt if we would have needed something they would have been there with a quick response. Will definitely book with YFAB in the future.

Amazing view of the gulf from inside the unit, framed by the extended arched balcony that allows unobstructed views. No wait elevator and spacious parking. Dealing with the property manager was a joy, making this condo hard to beat. You need not look any further, this one is five star in every category!!

Our condo was spacious and clean and beds were comfy and we really enjoyed our time. Light and bright inside which I liked. Awesome view!!! Loved the neighborhood and easy to get places. A new favorite spot!! Easy rental and friendly people at rental agency. We would rent here again. I normally don’t fill these things out but I find them helpful when looking, and I had good things today about this one.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Villa Coyaba 306. This was our 2nd year renting through Your Friend at the Beach. Condo had everything we needed. We ended up buying a bunch of beach toys for our kids and left them for the next visitor. My only recommendation would be to update the patio furniture. The condo can accommodate 8, but the patio table can only seat 4. It’s old and needs some updating! Otherwise a great rental! We can’t wait to return next March!
