Past the stained glass-accented front door you'll find a gracious living area with a fireplace and plenty of seating. From the entry also easily access the kitchen with beautifully renovated granite countertops and stainless steel appliances! Your chef in your group will love the gas stove and oven for presice cooking temperatures! The full laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen.
A large master bedroom is located on this first level with an ensuite bathroom complete with double vanities, a large garden tub and a walk-in shower with six side shower heads topped with a rainfall shower overhead. This bedroom is quite spacious and has a desk for your remote business correspondence.
Heading up the stairway to the second floor you will find a sitting area.
The first guest room has a lovely sitting area surrounded by a pentagon of windows and offers a King bed.
The second guest room features a Queen bed and a wonderful alcove window bench.
The third guest bedroom has a Full-size bed and a light and breezy tri-panel of windows.
Parking features a two-vehicle tandem space. PER HOA, No boat/trailer parking on site. A golf cart is also available for easy accessibility along Scenic Highway 98 to the beach, restaurants, and activities. Golf carts are not allowed on Highway 98 to the property's north.
Crystal Beach is an idyllic neighborhood where the people are friendly, the streets are quiet, and the beach serves as the crowning jewel within a stone's throw.  The best part is you're also perfectly situated for shopping, dining, and entertainment all within walking distance or a very short drive away (perhaps even in your golf cart!).
