Welcome to Poolside Villas #308. You will fall in love with views of the ocean and harbor from this condo that is located right in the heart of Holiday Isle. This 2BR/2BA condo, features a king master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony access, a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy morning coffee or cook up a delicious meal in the kitchen. Guests will enjoy the gulf breezes from the swimming pool, where there is beach access to the white sugar sand and within 400 feet of the gulf shore. Located within the serene settings of Holiday Isle, Poolside Villas is surrounded by nature’s beauty.  Natural dunes engulf the landscape as you walk the sand path to relax on the famous white sandy beaches. Enjoy this prime location for fishing, snorkeling, or watching fireworks from the Destin Harbor.  Take advantage of Destin’s Water Taxi for a short ride across the harbor to the Harborwalk Village.  Poolside Villas offers secure parking, a large communal pool, and barbecue grills for guests to enjoy.

Area Attractions: 

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from the gulf to the harbor.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

Our overall stay was a 10/10. The property was clean and neat. It felt homey and very quaint, which I loved for my family of 3. It was quiet for it to be off of a main beach and for other families with children to be in the complex. Everything inside of the home was working properly and we had no hiccups. The property management was amazing. They were very responsive both prior to arrival and during our stay there. Easy to find and easy access in and out for the people who had access. My family and I felt safe on the property and did not have worries. The property has been added to our family vacation stop for the future.
