Our new annual summer vacay tradition!

We had an amazing stay. The weather wasn’t as accommodating as we hoped, but we made the absolute best of it and will ABSOLUTELY be booking this property again! This was a most enjoyable home away from home

Very nice stay for our family

The location was perfect for us. We had an infant and the pool set up and restaurant on location was great. Workout center surprisingly fantastic with a lot of equipment. The place was very clean and nice.

Amazing!

Staying here was truly an amazing experience. The staff was friendly, amenities were awesome, and our room so was comfy and inviting. Can’t wait to come back!

Great for families and perfect location

We had a great view overlooking the pool and restaurant area. The food and drinks were delicious and the coffee shop was really good too. The location was great and close to everything. It was our first time doing a more apartment style stay vs hotel and it was a much better experience I think. We ended up hanging at the resort and pool more than we anticipated and loved it. My family kept saying it was one of their favorite vacations we’ve taken.

Vacation getaway

Over all place was very nice to stay, family friendly, and place was very clean. However it’s not on the beach but it is waking distance like 10 min walk. You do have to cross a very busy highway/ street.

Excellent property. Master bed mattress needs replaced badly as does sofa cushions. Sliding patio door broke on Wednesday. Maintenance came and said rollers broke and door has to be removed to fix. We could access patio during day through bedroom but not at night when partner was sleeping. Inconvenient. Would stay again and will recommend!!!

The property was great. I went for a 2 day stay and hated to leave. My kids and grandchild love it all as did I. I had the perfect view I was able to see my kids when I needed a break. I will definitely stay there again. I did have 3 issues with this property, in both bathrooms they had some stray hairs on the floors and in the master bath hair in the shower. Last I thought they had a lazy river as shown on the last pic and the front desk said they've had people inquire about that but they had never had one on this particular property, so I would suggest to maybe remove that picture.. other than that it was the perfect location and will definitely go back again!!

Do not waste your money on this one!

I am leaving this review in an effort to help another poor family avoid the headaches that we experienced in our trip. The property description states that you have a shuttle to assist with beach transportation. They DO NOT tell you that the shuttle does not run on Monday & Tuesday, and makes the last run at 4pm on the days that it does run. VERY disappointing for us, as our check-in was at 4pm on Sunday, so we couldn't use it that day, and our only 2 full days were Monday and Tuesday. So essentially, we had no shuttle access at all. Secondly, regarding the beach, what they also do not tell you is that your beach access with this property is limited to the public beach only, which normally would not be an issue, IF the public beach portion that you have access to is only about 20 yards of beach frontage, and there are literally ROPED OFF sections of private beach that you DO NOT have permission to access. There were over a hundred people trying to exist on the beach in this small little section making it very annoying and over crowded. There was no space at all, which is completely unacceptable after the hassle you have to go through to get there in the first place. Now, issues with the property itself. My character limit is approaching, so just a few words: dirty, deferred maintenance, broken sliding glass door that got stuck open, broken microwave, dirty pool, trash everywhere. Such a disappointing experience. :(

Location near the beach. The Resort and main building has remained the same for the last 2 years. Exception of the bathrooms inside the building; very dirty. The apartment fine, but the sheets were very dirty. They had a bad smell and they didn't take into account that I was traveling with my daughter and a baby. Locación cerca de la playa. Not beachfront

The pool is amazing but the beach is not easy to get to. The hotel provides a shuttle to Henderson Beach but you might as well drive yourself. Also plan on dragging all your luggage by hand or use your beach cart as all the available carts are “hoarded” by other guests. We have stayed at nicer places on the beach and won’t come back. Too many better options for same price.
