This house is in a great location, its big and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great, we loved the hammocks. Our family ages between 2-65 all enjoyed it very much! Communication was so fast theyd get back to me within a hour usually. They were having issues with the elevator which we didnt mind, they did send someone out quickly but if you need it, id message them to make sure its working first. The back by pool was so sandy, which we get its by the beach and has a shower to rinse off after but from prior people it must of got built up. The blenders and keurig werent working and 1 dryer stopped working while we were there but i did message them to let them know, they had a coffee pot at least and 1 other dryer. but our pina coladas turned into iced drinks instead and it took longer for the 11 of us to do our laundry. We got locked out while we were out but they came within a hour to let us in. The lock is battery operated so it died. But that could be easily fixable by them changing the batterys after each guest. Overall it was a great house with lots of room, comfortable beds- noisy- but comfortable. Beautiful kitchen and big table for everyone to eat together. Beaches you can walk too and grocery stores and food spots super close. We would love to come back!

We had a great stay! Very clean, beds were very comfortable. We had a minor issue with the pool not being heated upon arrival, but I communicated this to the property manager and it was fixed by the next morning. Very responsive to concerns. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful and the kitchen was wells stocked with everything one would need. There were a few minor issues but the host and property manager took care of them within 24 hours. I would happily stay again.

The house was exactly as they showed it on VRBO. Gorgeous home with everything you need for a beautiful vacation. Kitchen is very well stocked. We had 23 family members on our vacation. I would stay with Hermosa again!

My family had a wonderful stay at the vacation home. I was disappointed that the elevator did not go up to the top floor as i was unable to do the spiral stairs. But all in all it was a great place.to stay.

Great location and house is very pretty. Some of the utensils and beach equipment could be upgraded.Understood it is FL, but there is quite a bit of mold on in the bathrooms, vent and at the roofline.

We had a great stay. The property was perfect. We had 7 adults and 7 children. We had plenty of space and the children loved the bunkbed rooms. It was also wonderful that we did not have to share bathrooms. The pool was a great size for us and the walk to the beach was easy, just a couple of blocks. The host was responsive to any questions we had.

Spring Break Fun

This house is close to the beach, and has everything you could want! We had 5 families stay here and we loved that each family had their own room and bathroom. Kids swam in the pool and wouldn’t get out!! House was clean, well cared for and the host was incredibly attentive! Thanks for a great stay!!

Vacation, all I ever wanted!

We stayed at the HGTV beach-inspired dream house with 19 people for a week-long family vacation. Not once did we feel crowded or on top of each other. All the adults had their own rooms with attached bathrooms, while the kids were thrilled with the bunkrooms. There was plenty of parking, seating, laundry space, etc. The pool and backyard were the stars of the show. Hours were spent swimming, catching footballs, practicing snorkeling, putting, reading, and napping in the hammocks. the property manager was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. everyone slept well, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. the body wash in the showers smells heavenly!! it was so nice to walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen! This was a family vacation for books and will be put into rotation for future trips!

Great place for large families!

The home was perfect for our extended family of 23. Roomy king suites and the bunkrooms allowed everyone a comfy place to sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and the very nice backyard pool area.
