Great location

The house is perfect for a family and located right across the street from the beach. Very nice house with a main house and a carriage house for the teens. We would love to stay here again.

Lovely place, fit our need

we really liked this place, close proximity to the beach. the pool is in the back of the house instead of the front like some neighboring houses, making it semi-private.

Family Vacation

This was able to hold our family of 14 with enough beds and bathrooms for convenience. The house was clean and having access to the private beach area with chairs came in clutch. I would recommend for anyone looking in this area.

Senior Spring Break

Great property across the street from a private beach! This was a great spring break location for my step daughter and her friends for her senior year. The teens stayed in the main house while the adults were in the carriage house. Safe, clean, and great location made for a great vacation for everyone!

Wonderful Home!

This property was perfect for our family vacation (13 adults). The home was stunning, clean, and very close to the beach. Check in process was very simple and smooth. The kitchen has everything that you need to prepare meals. Plenty of parking for multiple rental cars. I will stay here again with my family! We did not want to leave!!!

Amazing location and comfortable home!

The house was perfect! It is spacious, new & clean, plenty of spacious bedrooms, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were all super comfy and the living areas were perfect for hanging out and enjoying the day. The beach is incredibly close and convenient. And the beach chairs and umbrella! Automatically setup and waiting for us in the morning! We loved everything about this beautiful house. We hated to leave and can’t wait to go back.

Steps to beach

Property was very clean, and the kitchen was FULLY stocked and even had a high chair. We had toddlers, young children & teens and all had a great time. The teens stayed in the 2nd house and the beach was so close they were able to walk there on their own. We will come back!

Feb getaway from the cold

This is a great place we enjoyed very much. Everything worked perfectly. Excellent proximity to the beach. February in Destin a bit chilly but there were many good days. As others have commented, it would be good to have shades of some sort on the great room. Overall A+.

Great Graduation Trip with our daughter and friends

Great property and perfectly sized for 12 adults. Clean, modern and fresh with a kitchen big enough to congregate around. Beautiful beach but not overly convenient to many of Destin's main attractions (Harborwalk). Not the fault of the property, but the Lack of Lyft/Uber availability made it difficult for a group of adults to get around to restaurants and evening events.

Perfect stay

This house is a wonderful, clean, and functional rental for 2 families (14 people). Plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The house has all the amenities, excellent kitchen supplies, privacy, and large open spaces to gather. We hosted a dinner for other friends down the street with plenty of space for a game night. The kids enjoyed the pool and being just steps from the beach was a bonus. Both the front porch and pool deck were perfect! I highly recommend this for your next Destin/Miramar Beach vacation.

Excellent choice!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at The 19th Hole! The property was just as described and plenty of room for our family trip (combined families equaling 13 people). The property was clean and conveniently located to beach access which was closer than expected (100 feet to the beach). The only suggestions I have to offer is adding some type of hooks and or shelving in the rooms for storage and adding lighting at the stairs between the parking and the pool deck.

Beautiful House & Great location

The house is beautiful and just across the street from the beach access. High ceilings, a great kitchen and a bathroom in every bedroom!! Beach is just gorgeous! Only negative about the house is the windows don’t open and the sliding doors don’t have blinds or a screen. I’m guessing in the summer that wouldn’t matter since AC would be on and windows closed. Only travelers on edge weeks would need to consider this. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice house with some design flaws

The kitchen is wonderful and has everything you might need when cooking for a family of 14. The living room and porches are great. There are pool toys and a wagon to help bring anything to the beach. The biggest issue we had was the showers leaking (3 of them) because the shower heads spray water directly out of the showers.... They house was nice, cool, and updated well! Great location!
