*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:

The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.
This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. Guests will also enjoy direct beach access and equipment rental services offering kayaks and stand-up paddleboards!

With so many attractions, you'll never want to leave home, but when you do venture out, the city is a playground for family fun and outdoor adventures. Wander the historic Fort Pickens in nearby Pensacola Beach, or board a Buccaneer Pirate Cruise ship. Enjoy waterfront bars, restaurants, and shops along HarborWalk Village, fish off the boardwalk, or hike the stunning nature trails at Henderson Beach State Park.

If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025..

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The beach/ocean view was everything! The unit was very clean. My only suggestions would be to update the couches and bedroom TV.

Check- in was quiick and easy. They even had our room ready early!! Communication was down to a T from booking til check out. It was clean, the view was great! Staff were nice even the guest other were friendly. There is construction going on but it wasn't a big issue. Great location to alot of restaurants and the food is good! I would recommend!
