This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is located on the beautiful Emerald Coast and offers stunning coastline views from its private balcony. Magnolia House 408 is fully furnished and well-appointed, with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with high-quality linens and plenty of pillows. The bathroom is modern, with a spacious shower and all the necessary amenities.
The living area includes a cozy sofa that pulls into a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and cookware to make delicious meals during your stay.
In addition to the beautiful views and comfortable living spaces, the condo offers a variety of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. You’ll have two beach access points on the Gulf and Destin’s East Pass. You’ll also have access to two adult bicycles, perfect for exploring the area on a sunny day.
If you want to stay active during your vacation, the onsite office fitness center is equipped with all the necessary equipment for a full workout. Additionally, three resort pools, tennis and pickleball courts, are available for your use.
