Welcome to Skye Ranch located in B Bar Ranch just 15 min to downtown Palm Springs or Palm Desert and also a short drive into Joshua Tree. This brand new construction completed in 2025! When you step inside you will be pleased to see luxury furnishings not found in your average rental. Fully furnished open floor plan to include a master suite with a king bed, and 2 guest rooms to sleep all your friends and family comfortably. A newly landscaped backyard with brand new heated salt water pool and Jacuzzi to cool off in!

Pool Heating
Heating the pool costs $150.00 per day with a 2 day min.
Pool heating can take up to 24 hours, so if you’d like the pool preheated upon your arrival please alert us. Otherwise, pool heating will begin upon your check-in.
Pool temperature is limited to 80F
Minimum 2 night stay required
Pool heating must be consecutive nights, no gaps
Pool will not be heated if payment has not been processed prior to check-in


We do not profit from heating the pool or spa. Propane prices have gone extremely high in the Palm Springs area, and unfortunately, this is the actual cost for the service.

Pool & Spa heating and intervals are controlled remotely by the Manager. Please check weather conditions before booking. Pool will not be heated if payment has not been processed prior to check-in.

Hosts will not be able to provide full refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that may occur during your stay. If pool heating is not working for up to a full day, one day at a time a refund will be provided. We will do our best to have it resolved in a timely manner.

Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard. Excluding garage.

AMENITIES:
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee, sugar, spices, oil & trash can liners.

ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

PARKING:
There is driveway with room for four vehicles. Additional parking available to the left side of home. Street parking is not allowed.

INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV in the living room and primary suite.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Swimming pool, hot tub, shaded outdoor dining areas, BBQ grill. The back yard includes our door dinging (6 chairs, with sofa lounge on upper deck) Lower yard includes 6 sun lounge chairs with 2 umbrellas.

BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms, Master with a King bed; guest room with 2 queen adult bunk beds and third guest room with 1 queen bed. There is also a twin day bed located in a room off master bedroom. Total accommodations can sleep 9 guests.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil

SECURITY:
Security cameras are located at the front of the house and overlooking rear of property facing pool equipment for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.

PET-FRIENDLY:
Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $100 pet fee (per pet/per stay). Please keep pets off of furniture and pick up after them.

Landscaping:
Please note that the landscapers come every Tuesday to service the home. They will not disturb you.
Pool Cleaning:
Please note that the pool cleaner comes every Tuesday and Friday to service the home. They will not disturb you.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.

The home was absolutely beautiful and felt like you could get comfy in it right away. Very inviting and warm. We had 6 adults and 2 kids, but still felt like we all had our own space. This was a lovely property. I would stay there again. It was very quiet, very clean and relaxing. Kyle was very communicative. The check-in process was very easy along with the checkout process. My husband and I had a wonderful week staying at beautiful Skye Ranch! The owner was extremely accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We really appreciated that this home was pet friendly, which allowed us to bring our two pups and we found several nice off leash dog parks within a 15-20 minute drive. The house was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve stayed in, the master suite was incredible - super comfortable bed, nice walk in closet, and spacious attached bath with zero entry shower and multiple shower heads. The kitchen was well equipped and living room was very cozy. Unfortunately, we didn’t luck out with the weather during our stay but the landscaping and pool were very clean & well maintained and the grounds were lovely and provided many options for nice patio, poolside and courtyard seating. Thank you for sharing your desert home with us!

Fabulous VRBO experience!!

We had a blast here! Wonderful home with fully functional kitchen and the pool and jacuzzi were excellent. Owners were great and easy to reach when we had router issues, which we fixed quickly with their help, and they provided excellent food recs for the area. Home is close to Palm Springs which was fun as well. We would absolutely stay here again if coming to the area. Thank you!

Perfect Home for Family Getaway

Our family of four spent the week in Palm Springs at this perfect home in the desert. If you desire more of a 'desert oasis' and less of a country-club vibe, I highly recommend this home. Everything about the home was perfect for us. It was clean, the pool and hot tub were great, the outdoor living space was functional, the views were beautiful, and our favorite part of the location was that it was only 20 minutes outside of Palm Springs, but as you sat on the porch overlooking the pool, you felt like you were out in the desert. We would definitely book this home again the next time we visit Palm Springs.

Spent a week here with family in February. Great house. Very clean new property that was well maintained and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was well used but unfortunately weather was not ideal during our stay, so did not use the pool as much as we had hoped. Kyle was a very responsive host. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Peaceful oasis in Palm Springs

This home exceeded our expectations! It presented like a model home, yet was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Fun family retreat

Our family had a fabulous time at this property. The beds were very comfortable and the aesthetic is on point. The pool was the highlight of our stay. They provide everything you need in the kitchen and soft blankets for chilling in the couch. The master bath and zero entry shower was a fan favorite. Property manager was super responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this property home to friends and family.
