Conviently located in central Ankeny Iowa. Very clean and comfortable with updated accommodations! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were supportive and comfortable. Stay included breakfast and all for a competitive price. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to family and friends. A great value for the quality and service. We will definitely stay again on return trips to Ankeny. December 2025

A short but sweet stay. We were warmly welcomed. The room was clean and well maintained. And the morning breakfast was especially pleasant for the rate we paid (biscuits and gravy, potatoes, and a waffle bar).

This hotel was dirty. You walk in and all you smell is air freshener and an old smell in the first floor hallway. There was no one available to assist us we had to wait for the attendant to come in from outside. She watched us walk in. There was a big bug in our room. The floor was extremely dirty. My socks were so black after walking on it. Full parking we almost didn’t get a parking spot both nights that we stayed. The food options are limited and the dining area is very small. The bed was loud but it was okay. When we tried to check out I had to wait 15 minutes because there was no attendant. Bad experience. I will not be coming back.
