Clean room, bbc iplayer on the tv doesn't work, which begs the question why is it there at all? Noisy children next door somewhat dampened the experience. The fire alarm when off twice at 6.30am, could have done without that. Most staff were very pleasant and attentive. The food is decent, the spa treatment was excellent.

Staff were very pleasant and answered any queries we had. Pool area was lovely, the only downside was not enough beds at busy times. Food was good but it was disappointing to find they only served pepsi max or diet pepsi 'a full fat' option wouldve be nice.

Check in was perfect Alex was great, she showed us were our room was and booked a taxi for us. Room was perfectly spotless and great view of the gardens. Also had food in the restaurant again was outstanding. The faciluties are fantastic. We will be back to stay would definiyely book for a spa weekend.

Beautiful hotel and grounds and enjoyed our stay. A couple of little things that could have improved the stay was larger bath towels (bath sheets needed) and nicer toilet roll. You only got 1 and it was a cheap, small, thin toilet roll. The breakfast was amazing, all the food was very tasty. Reception staff could be friendlier, mistakes were made when booking breakfast and I was made to feel like it was my fault when it wasn’t in any way. No apology was offered. I was also on one occasion left to wait at reception whilst the receptionist spoke on the phone with another staff member for some time without acknowledging I was even stood there. No apology offered for my wait either.

Only one person on reception so it took some time to get booked in and the process was not completed I had to return several times to provide more information. If your a person who suffers from DTD you would struggle to navigate you way round the hotel and its adjoin buildings. Everything was decorated the same I had to escort my wife everywhere. The facilities were good the location and views were wonderful. The food was poor and bland the services was not good.

Christmas at Bredsall Priory was everything we could have imagined and more! We loved our luxurious room with stunning views, our morning swims in the heated indoor pool, and of course the breakfasts which were so artfully presented! Already planning next year’s visit!

Was a lovely stay grounds were amazing staff very friendly and helpful … bed a little uncomfortable for me but I am very tall 6ft 4 and a lot of steps in the property but to be expected of a building of it’s age … would definitely stay again

The room was clean. At the pool people were wearing bath ropes. We didnt have one and I found out at the end and when I rang in the evening they said we normally charge but we will give you with good will gesture. The pool and spa facilities were amazing. Dinner we had at the restaurant unfortunately we didn’t know we had to book, they kindly accommodated us with seats but the good quality wasn’t great it came quite late and when it arrived they were quite cold not to the standard of what we paid for. Our room view wasn’t great we were given a room facing a wall without any view which was a big disappointment. I loved the located the surrounding of the hotel it was amazing.
