Enjoy this incredible loft located in the heart of RiNo. There is ONE dedicated covered parking spot and ample street parking (free) for any add`l vehicle you may bring. High-end appliances. A beautiful dining table, open floor plan, outdoor terrace w/ incredible downtown and mountain views. Three full bathrooms.

You`ll have complete access to the loft (minus one locked-off room). You`ll also have access to your own private outdoor terrace. Note that the fire pit is not operable.

This bright and sunny loft is perfectly positioned near 3 of Denver`s most popular restaurant/bar/art districts (RiNo, LoDo, and Five Points). The loft provides easy access to more than 30 restaurants and bars, but is just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The walk from RiNo into downtown has become one of the highlights of a stay in Denver, thanks to the large murals that brighten the walls of this art district, and our home is in the perfect position to access it all. Public transportation is only blocks away, but a nice walk or e-scooter will probably be all you need.

This central area in Denver provides easy access to major highways, 10 min Coors Field and Mission Ballroom, 25 min to Red Rocks.

Please note that the condo is on the third floor of the building and is only accessed by stairs. The elevator is available for handicap use only. The fire pit is not operable.

Great place in RiNo

Beautiful loft in a very nice neighborhood. Furniture, decor, appliances, etc. are all top notch. Easy access to downtown. The living room/kitchen area is huge, so this would be great for family/friends gathering. One thing worth noting is that the bedroom with the two doubles is actually an open loft above the living area. This was not an issue for us, but might be if you are planning on putting young children there. On the potential plus side, the bathroom off the open bedroom is very nice and even has a steam bath feature in the shower (we did not try this, so no idea if it actually works). Great views. We did not try out the walkability of the neighborhood as the weather was pretty bad when we were there, but it is vlose to Coors Field, and would make an excellent base of operations if you're planning something around there.
Stayed 3 nights in Feb 2025
