Apple Theory property was a horrible place. This is not a hotel but an AirBnB type of setting. The apartment #539 was in a terrible condition when my family and I walked in. The inside of the apartment had a musty, moldy and urine smell to it. The sofa had a large stain and it seat was losing the cushion so it was hard and flat. The sheets of the bed were dirt and unwashed and the single towel that was left in the bathroom had a sweaty smell. It was an overall nightmare situation. I would not at all recommend this place.

From the comments online, I am surprised that Orbitz, or any other similar outfits would even consider taking on Apple Theory.

1. Read the description CAREFULLY. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, it's someone's shabby chic, IKEA decorated apartment. 2. You'll get an odd call on check-in day, from someone asking you for credit card information you've already provided to the Booking agent. 3. Stepping over the homeless (or some other hard-luck individual) to get your keys. The key box isn't in a normally well lit, staffed area, it's behind a building support (on someone else's patio) that's the perfect place for sleeping off a day-drunk, not something I planned or was ready for. 4. The Television and attached Amazon Fire stick didn't have I had to walk to the nearest Walgreens and buy batteries for them... just lazy on the owner's part, frustrating on yours. 5. If you do happen to opt to park on the property they'll ask to charge you an ADDITIONAL fee... As if giving your credit card number to someone on the phone wasn't crazy enough, now they're asking to charge you more for something that is rather ample 20' away. Just an all-around disappointing stay

Great location but that's about it. "Check in" was a complete joke, total hassle, and took 20 minutes or more on the phone. No hangers, no ironing board - when I requested these things they were never brought even after bringing it up several times. Staff couldn't get me the correct code to the front gate. 2 towels, no tissues, etc. Spend a little more money and go to a real hotel.
