Poor water and bad room condition. Cold water and no hot water.

At 10 pm i contacted the front office to inform them and they stated they will inform maintence to fix. Upon walking into room 105 the carpet was wet n moist by the bathroom. When wanting to take a shower and turned the water on, the water then came up from the floor inbetween the tub and toilet. That a metal drain was just placed over the hole and was not sealed correctly. The bathroom floor became flooded by bearly turning on the water a few minutes.. Had to immediately shut the water off and Could not take a shower. The door lock latch was not in working condition and i did not feel safe. Front office stated they refunded me back 20.00 due to situation with the room to my card ending 0401 yet instead i was charged an additional 20.00 on my card. Upon going back in the morning i reported the additional charge and i talked to Ashley and she stated that she did made the adjustment of the 20.00 yet unfortunately i would have to wait a few days for the credit back to my card. With all this it has made me not very happy using this location for the first time.
