Must have been designed by a man. No place to apply make up, vanity too high to use sink comfortably, no closet.
fun and staff was great. did not like the fact we always had to ask for towels and other items.
Great location. Lovely check in staff. I feel bad that they have such difficult conditions to work with here. Our tv didn’t work, the outside terrace had garbage and cigarette butts, the outside seats were dirty, fridge was not working, no tissues, toilet seat was broken, sink stopper not working and the sheets and towels reeked of something that smelled like bounce, the smell was so strong it kept me up as well as the super noisy AC that would randomly rev up at night. Also to top it off, a watt of cigarette smoke would occasionally make it into our closed door and window room. I need some sleep!!
I like the location. Didn't like see-thru shower door, loud portable air conditioner, no closet, no kleenex, no hair dryer, had to ask for 2 glasses. the bed was very comfortable.
The decor is quite modern and somewhat stark - not much in the way of art or soft furnishings. That said, the location is great, and we did not have any issue with noise (it was a Sunday night).
The champagne room was great with hot tub and patio. There was no iron or board.
The room was nice but small and VERY noisy, with music pounding from the nightclub downstairs till 2 am and lots of noise from the street and the internal hallway. Not the place for a quiet or peaceful getaway,
Nice hotel, quiet, very good location. Nice little coffee shop and bar in the lobby.
Large, clean room with nice amenities including amazing fan. Solid minibar, beautiful shower. Nice view of street below. Highly recommend, especially as staff was so courteous. They even found postcards I left in the room and mailed them!
Hotel is rather small, in a historic building in a busy area of LoDo. Easy to get to. Parking is expensive (35 to 50 a day), consider the train as Union Station is very close. Staff was great (Lance, Jamie Lynn, Kit and others were all very friendly and helpful). Our room was clean and neat on check in, modern updates to bathroom. No privacy in bathroom from the rest of the room, needs a curtain or something. It would work well for a couple, but not well for a family or friends. A lot of focus seems to be on their club, which we were told is very busy on weekends. They openly tell you they cannot guarantee quiet rooms on weekend evenings. Our room faced the street and was a bit noisy in the AM when delivery and trash trucks made their rounds. They have a bar in the lobby and another in the back on the main floor. Reasonable prices and happy hours in both, but not many people during the week we were there. We were told the menu is expanding for the kitchen. No breakfast hours for the kitchen, but they do have a small and limited coffee bar in the lobby. We used this as a home base to explore sports facilities, breweries, Red Rocks, Ft. Collings and Estes Park. We would stay here again but would be more selective about which room to stay in. I would suggest staying above the 2nd floor and not facing the street if possible.
If you are young & want a place downtown and you like to party this hotel is great. Cool rooms , great location, popular nightclub downstairs. If you are a family or an older, mellow traveler you definitely do not want to stay here on the weekends. The whole place is a crazy loud nightclub Fri & Sat.
