Stayed for 5 weeks. The downtown location was great. There are allot of amenities in the building that are not listed in the advertisement. Would definitely stay in this building again.

Amazing view of downtown!
This is an amazing apartment if you are looking to live downtown. The owner is always quick to respond and very helpful. It is right in the heart of everything and worth every penny. Don't hesitate to book!
The condo was well located within downtown Denver. It has very good connections with 16th Street Mall, Union Station, and has several bus routes very close by. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I found the furniture to be very comfortable, which made remote working from the apartment very easy for me. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Owner Jonathan was always helpful and courteous in answering any and all questions. He also responded very quickly - literally within minutes every time.
This apartment was perfect for 3 months over the summer. It’s a great size for 1-2 people although it could house up to 4. The location couldn’t be better, the building has great amenities, and the view from the balcony was spectacular.

Great option for corporate housing
I was tasked with finding long term corporate housing for a visiting professional and I'm so glad we found this unit. Check-in and -out was a breeze, the 24-hour lobby attendant was awesome, amenities (gym, laundry, recycling, etc) were super. We even had some items shipped to the guest and the packages were safe until they were picked up. Great location in downtown Denver, awesome city views, perfect size for one (or two) people needing comfortable lodging. Jonathan was great and always very responsive the few times we had to reach out. Would highly recommend.
